Faithful Dropbox user
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of the product. I like that I can easily access Dropbox from any device and that it integrates easily with other applications and/or websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes it is difficult to share with someone that is not a Dropbox user but that does seem to have improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox provides an easy way for me to store personal as well as work-related files in one place. The amount of storage has been more than adequate for my needs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend this product for a person or organization that has a large number of files that they need to reliable store and easily access. Dropbox has a new service called Dropbox Family that could also be an economical way for family members to manage electronic files.
File sharing and cloud storage
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to sync folders on my work computer to Dropbox and then access them on my phone, tablet, home computer, etc. That is my main reason for using a service like Drop Box.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is a little prohibitive compared to other services. I do use another service in conjunction with Drop Box and they can communicate, but I tend to use the sharing feature more with Google Drive instead of DropBox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work from multiple locations and have many people on my team so sharing documents and saving them in the cloud to access from other locations is a necessity. This works much better than emailing files back and forth.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend getting a demo before so you can see the capabilities.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dropbox is a simple and reliable service for cloud-storage, and it has shared-option ie. the user can choose who can view/edit the selected file.
Cloud storage platform for individuals and businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Large files/data can be stored and shared with recipients anywhere in the world. The platform does not only deals with documents but video files, images etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The features of Dropbox business or personal remains useful and relevant to today's market. I have not seen the downside of this product as yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Large files that cannot be attached on emails can now be sent via dropbox which is safe as the sender have an option to minimise access to the document, manage the document if he wishes for recipients to share or edit.
I take my Dropbox everywhere.
What do you like best about the product?
The multiple layers of protection which Dropbox provides my files is something I find very sacrosanct as far as my relationship with Dropbox is concerned. Another critical aspect of my overall Dropbox experience, is how I am able to bring my Dropbox file storage experience into third party software products I use.
An instance of the above includes how I am able to pick documents or general files from my Dropbox during Zoom meetings , without leaving the Zoom user interface.

What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox provides me access to Dropbox Paper , for use as a writing tool alongside my Dropbox use. However, Dropbox Paper is limited in terms of its formatting options and capabilities. Thus , it is an annotation tool at best and offers nothing close to what Google docs or Microsoft word provides in the area of documentation and document styling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Of course, the critical problem being solved is related to the security of our collaboration activity and day to day team files. Dropbox provides me with a convenient sharing experience, that allows me to send files through web-link to anybody ; Dropbox users and non-Dropbox users alike.
Highly recommended.!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy content sharing in seconds. No download crashes with a stable network connection. The folder system and the handling make sharing content a real side act. We have been using the Dropbox since the beginning and it has rightly prevailed and asserted itself to this day. Content sharing made easy.

Admittedly, from our point of view, there are no significant disadvantages. It works perfectly with a stable internet connection.
Of course, from the customer's point of view, the amount of data could be increased. However, service and security must also be guaranteed and costs employees.

wir teilen untereinander sämtliche Inhalte zu unserer Firma. Sei es Content wie texte, videos und andere Dokumente. Somit ist ein Sammelordner für Rechnungen z.b. die Lösung für die Buchhaltung. Einfach, schnell und problemlos dank Dropbox!

I or we can only recommend the use, as there has never been a restriction in use. So a clear thumbs up.

What do you like best about the product?
Frankly speaking it has absolutely users' friendly interface with no bugs, highly secure and optimal decision for any kind of operation systems. Besides, there are no problem at all with file recognition and management.

Nothing, I really find no gaps in this programm

Dropbox Professional helps to solve the problem of free space on my hard disc, it also nakes possible to continue working with documents on another unit which differ from the primary one without loosing data

What do you like best about the product?
6 months of file version history and 3 TB of storage space means there is hardly anything left inaccessible at any point in time but in contrast to competitors, Dropbox has some advantages and disadvantages at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The privacy policy of Dropbox professionals isn't something I'm very comfortable with. Although I never read it before signing up I recently got to know that Dropbox can actually access, scan and even share your cloud-based files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Dropbox Professional, I've been successfully able to manage, transfer, and store all my business files together, I barely need to carry my devices along now and no matter where im it almost gives me instant access to any file I need. There is no limit to the number of devices I can link to my account which is a big edge over the regular version.

What do you dislike about the product?
end-user support is somewhat slow, but I know they can improve. Similarly, the resource consumption in the system is somewhat high compared to other providers, but nothing that 8 GB of RAM as a minimum can't solve.
