Works. Works on desktop. Works on web. Works on mobile. Offline, online.. whatever.

Nothing so far - been using it for 10ish years... still love it.

Secure access to files across multiple machines that can be shared with different people.
Decent App with few bugs
What do you like best about the product?
Good app to keep the documents online specially offer letters or lease agreements. In the times of Covid, this app helped me a lot in keeping all docs online and sharing them with people easily without sharing the hard copies with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lack of search functionality in this app which makes it difficult sometimes to find out the relevant documents needed on that moment. Otherwise, the app is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a student, I have a lot of online books, projects, assignments etc. I keep them all at the same platform and share them with my friends while we work on the same project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I Will surely recommend Dropbox to other people especially to students and office workers. Good platform to upload all the docs and create folders for each document. It will help in freeing up space in your mobile phones or laptops.

Eco system integration need to improve. like integration with Microsoft Office always download of files from mobile devices is not so user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
It is quick to upload and easy to share links. I often have large files to transfer and drop box makes it easier to share rather than sending a bunch of emails that conform to size requirments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be a little more user friendly. Menus on both sides of the screen are a little annoying, and I wish your folders would all just display on home page, not just most recent files.

This is a great way for me to be able to share documents in this WFH environment, especially large documents and videos. It also allows me to view work files at home without having to download on my personal computer

Ease of access is what is the best part of this product. Also, use this as a connector for importing to CRM.

Sometimes they change the format and how navigation works takes a bit to get used to it

Honestly, there is not to dislike. This is million time better than stupid Box.

No networking is needed. We can work the files from anywhere we want.

When uploading the data from a cellphone, it saves the file where it saves a file last time. It's hard to browse other folders that can improve (Android)

Some time your phone space is not sufficient to store your data at that time you need a addition storage which can be easier to access and much more safe than other , gives you free space you can easily transfer your files one device to other manage your folder store your pictures

If you are frequently changing your device or getting lost . If you have fear of losing your data picture and files you can use dropbox. You can easily transfer your files from anywhere from any device.
