It's easy to use and offers many integrations. There are also auto-formatting features that help organize files automatically.

Fast and easy file access anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Dropbox is that it is very easy to save, sync, and share files. I like that I can access my files from anywhere, and sharing them with others is simple and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its storage fills very fast. I don’t like that Dropbox gives very little free storage. It gets full quickly, and some important features are only available in the paid plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing about it is that it's very helpful to me as a content writer. I need a file to store in a safe place. Dropbox helps me store my files online, so I don’t have to worry about losing them from my laptop or phone. It also lets me access my files from anywhere and share them easily with others, which saves time and makes my work more convenient.

What I like best about Dropbox is how simple and reliable the overall experience is. The UI is clean and easy to navigate, which makes file management and collaboration straightforward even for new users. Performance is generally smooth, with fast syncing across devices and minimal issues when sharing large files.
It also integrates well with common productivity tools, which helps teams work more efficiently without constantly switching platforms. Features like version history and file recovery are especially useful during collaborative projects.
From a business perspective, it offers good value by improving accessibility and reducing time spent managing documents manually. The onboarding process is fairly simple, and support resources are easy to access when needed. I also like that Dropbox has started adding AI-powered features that help with search and organisation, making file management more efficient over time.

There are also occasional syncing delays or conflicts when multiple users edit files simultaneously, which can create confusion in fast-moving projects. The desktop app can sometimes feel resource-heavy, particularly on older systems.
Although the UI is clean overall, certain settings and permission controls could be more intuitive. Some integrations also require additional setup to work smoothly across workflows. The newer AI features are promising, but they still feel limited in comparison to more mature AI-powered productivity platforms. What do you like best about the product?
Honestly the file storage and backup is what keeps me on Dropbox. Files are always there when I need them - no missing folders, no corrupted documents, nothing sketchy. I've tried a couple of alternatives but kept coming back because nothing else felt as consistent. For pure storage and backup reliability, it just doesn't let you down.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is the one thing that's hard to ignore. The free plan runs out faster than you'd expect and once you look at upgrading, it's noticeably more expensive than what competitors are offering for the same or more storage.

Dropbox solves the "where did I save that file" problem completely. Everything is in one place, accessible from any device, and I don't have to worry about losing important documents if my laptop crashes or gets replaced.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the fundamental tension between productivity and security. It gives the business the speed it demands to make money, while giving my security operations center the visibility, logs, and containment levers we need to protect the company's intellectual property.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Dropbox as part of my workflow for managing and delivering video editing projects to clients. I mainly use it to store raw footage, share large project files, and collaborate with clients during revisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free storage is quite limited, so upgrading is almost necessary if you’re working with large media files, as I do. The pricing is also a bit higher compared to some alternatives, and I’ve noticed it can slow down slightly when handling very large folders.

Its integration with tools like Slack and Google Workspace is very helpful for me. Plus, it also supports many third-party apps, which is great for team collaboration workflows.
