The resource I can't live without
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign makes the signature process quick and easy for everyone involved. Also, makes it easy to approve documents for payment with a few clicks. No more printing and scanning!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about the HelloSign tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign allows me to quickly send offer letters to candidates. I also use it to approve invoices for payment. Saves time!

Excellent product with all the features but not the cost
What do you like best about the product?
Template functionality that allows for a document to be set up for reuse. It's easy to set up a template that's intuitive for both the sender of the document and any signers as well. I also really like that it's easy to click on an email and electronically sign a document from a mobile device.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the user interface was a little more modern. Some of the buttons that are in place for the creation of the document are not as intuitive as I would have liked. It would also be nice to have an app that I could access the documents offline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need an electronic signature solution that is quick and easy to use and can be integrated in with other workflows if needed. My customers don't have any issues using HelloSign and it's less than the price of Docusign. So it's a great fit for my business.
It can also integrate with Zapier which allows for easy output of signature requests into data. I like the ability to have my open signature requests connect directly to a spreadsheet so that I can easily track and filter with other spreadsheet data. I believe there are other integrations available through Zapier as well and we look forward to learning more about those and getting set up on those as well.

No Arabic Support
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface. Simple and clear design.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still no arabic support. We really need it to convert all of our documents digitally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Arabic Text is missing once submitted. Hellosign helpdesk was helpful in pionting out the issue.
Easy offering
What do you like best about the product?
A seamless process for signing of documentation. No need to print or spend money couriering documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
We struggled with payment and trying to resolve that was very difficult.

Getting documents signed, completed and executed in a quick and very simple manner.
Good updates. More user friendly.

It was very easy to set up my template. HelloSign is also a more affordable option.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some reason it's been confusing to find the screen that allows me to use and fill out that template that I uploaded. I feel it is not intuitive and could be designed better.

With HS I am able to quickly get my clients a legal contract that they can easily sign. I have not had any client come back to me confused of how to complete their portion.
Nice alternative to Docusign
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity, the very first time was seamless.

No name recognition, I mention I will send over a HelloSign, they respond what is that?

Easy sign-off for contracts, with auto-updates on completion as well as reminders to complete.
Simplifies e-signing
What do you like best about the product?
I work on a 100% distributed team, and HelloSign makes electronically signing documents easy. No more printing, signing, scanning! You can also electronically insert titles, names, initials, dates, etc. If you need multiple signers, it will notify you when each one signs. You can list everyone who needs to sign on your team as well as any outside folks like vendors, contractors, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes if I need to sign something and then also have my partner sign, I get confused over my role as admin versus my role as a user. There is a place fields section where you can insert certain bits of text. I want to be able to pre-enter as much text as possible so the other person only has to sign, and I want HelloSign to remember these inserts from last time. If this is possible I haven't figured it out yet. Still, it only takes 2-3 minutes to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I hate printing. As far as we've come with tech, printers are always a pain - either needing a reboot, or lost wifi connection, or out of one color ink and won't print even when you only need to print black and white. With HelloSign, you never need to print a document again!

HelloSign is a low-cost, high-quality solution for your e-signing needs.

I think it can be a bit more intuitive by knowing where signatures are needed by using AI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are doing onboarding, offers, 3rd party agreements with HelloSign. It makes it easier when we have to sign PDF documents that dont allow it to be signed directly. I just download it and then upload to HelloSign.

It is easy to use and gets the job done.

They don't have support for local security tools like "NEMID"
