What do you like best about the product?
Great user experience, simple to learn system that allows for rapid signing of documents. Good audit trail and easy to seek and download older files. Works perfect every time. Easy interface to add and manage users. Powerful integrations available with other apps and services such as Word, Google Drive and DropBox mean that getting signatures on documents is a straightforward process.
What do you dislike about the product?
When adding the fields to a document for signing the process can sometimes be a little clunky when you switch between signers, being able to right click would be easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to streamline our process for onboarding contract staff and ensure 100% compliance of signed documents prior to work commencing, having the audit trail is very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I tried some other applications but found HelloSign to have the most features with a reasonable price.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of any thing I dislike and have nothing negative to report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HelloSign to get credit card payment updates from our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Specialized field boxes make preparing forms for signature very easy. It's helpful to be able to retract documents that are no longer valid.
What do you dislike about the product?
Importing emails from Gmail doesn't work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign makes getting proposals back from clients happen faster.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the dependability of HelloSign. It is worry free and so professional. You can get your documents signed and if you need to remind them again, you can do that all on the HelloSign. I highly recommend this to any business.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that can see an improvement is when you have to edit and make changes, it allows you to do that without having to re input the whole info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time. Biggest saving in the long run for us. I save time because I don't have to pick up the phone or send an email to remind clients to sign my documents. I can just click on a resend and its done.

How easy it is to use, and very quick to upload a template

not enough templates
When you want to edit a template you already sent, you don't have the possibility to change anything inside (you can change only the names, emails or name of the template) so I always have to cancel and send a new one

What do you like best about the product?
Hello Sign is very easy to use and straightforward. 100% will recommend to anyone that needs a sign request service. Pricing is also competitive compared to other competitors. I have had no issues whatsoever while using Hello Sign. Whenever I have a question, support is always quick to respond and they are very friendly. All around great service. Clean look and great functionality. I have used google version and sign request and also docusign. I strongly recommend Hello Sign over all of the other competitors. Far superior in ease of use and look and design. Clients also very much love using the service! and most of all it is fun to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally takes longer to upload larger file documents. The computer online version is great and easy to use but when ever I am on the go, I have to sometimes use the app version of Hello Sign which still requires some improvements. For the app version to be fully functional it requires you to have an account with Drop Box which I unfortunately do not. If the app could be updated. There are times when I am uploading larger files and documents that the site will take much longer to upload which then either crashes or I have to try several times. Can not think of any dislikes at the moment. Zero none at all. Overall great to use, simple and clean look. If they can fix those items, much appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to send clients documents and easy for them to use. I have helped my clients executed their real estate deals through using Hello Sign. Gone are the days where you have to sign first on paper and then make copies to scan everything to your computer. Thank you Hello Sign Team!! I have also incorporated Hello Sign into our Landscaping Business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have used google version and sign request and also docusign. I strongly recommend Hello Sign over all of the other competitors. Far superior in ease of use and look and design. Clients also very much love using the service! and most of all it is fun to use!

Easy and Efficient Document Signing

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly. Quick, efficient, organized. I love being notified when a client has signed my contract.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find myself spending a ton of time editing my templates where I'm inserting text or dates. I generally have to edit 5-10 to make sure everything is spaced evenly and doesn't look wonky like it's floating all over the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This makes contract signing a breeze for my clients. I strive to make the process of working with me as seamless as possible and HelloSign allows to achieve that.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the email notifications when someone opened or viewed my document. It was very helpful to keep track of who was receiving and viewing the template and who we might have had the wrong email address for. I also liked that every day I would receive a message about which people we still needed to sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could send a template to multiple people at the same time. I would have to repeat the task of entering each individual email and sending the template rather than bulk sending it to a bunch of people at the same time. This made it a little bit time consuming but it was still helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a bunch of people to fill out their W9s so we could quickly submit them 1099s and HelloSign was very useful for this.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a number of people to sign something this is a great product. It is much easier than sending the form individually and having them download, sign, and upload their form one by one. I'm all about saving time and that is what HelloSign does best!

Great for collaboration especially when working remotely

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate not only being notified when documents are viewed and signed (saves me time!), but the fact that I can cc someone else in the team to keep track of the document as well is the best! This gives everyone peace of mind.

One of the best tools to use especially when working remotely in a huge team - we can quickly collaborate and send out documents in seconds.

I also like the fact that you can save template documents!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to be able to organize documents in folders to ensure they are easier to find. I also would like to be able to share signed documents with other team members in my organization - currently only I and the signer can view the signed document so I have to manually download and share it with other team members.

If I could save a template that I can edit within HelloSign would be useful too - sometimes I have to edit 2 sentences on GoogleDoc then upload to HelloSign each time which is time-consuming.

Either way - I love the product, but this will take it to a 10/10

What do you like best about the product?
I couldn't live without Hello Sign. The time it saves our team is incredible.

Would like to be able to save more than 1 signature on file.

Hello Sign saves us time, and is extremely efficient. Also a good way to store signed docs in the cloud.
