Effortless File Accessibility Across All Devices
What do you like best about the product?
I find Dropbox to be the easiest way to keep all my files in one place that's easily accessible from all my devices no matter where I am. It's been around forever, and I've been using it for years, which speaks to its reliability. What I like is that it syncs all of my files in the background, so I just set it up once, and then it starts syncing for me. Dropbox is a well-known name, and it also allows me to share files without sharing files. I can share a link to a file, which is really useful for sharing with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when someone shares a link to a folder or adds me to a file, they might use one of my other email addresses, not the main one I use for my Dropbox account. It would be nice to be able to redirect it instantly to the email address I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox for easy access to my files across all my devices, no matter where I am. It's reliable and allows me to share files by sending a link. I set it up once, and it syncs all my files in the background.
Effortless Cloud Storage with an Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?

Seamless Collaboration, Impressive Cross-Platform Performance
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Dropbox's clean and intuitive interface. It's very easy to manage permissions and generate sharing links with just a right click. I love how the mobile app works, being able to preview large files or even sign PDFs on my phone while I'm away from my desk is a huge plus. The seamless transition from mobile to desktop is great for my workflow. I find the document scanning feature on the mobile app to be a huge time saver. I can scan a physical contract or a sketch on my phone and it's instantly available in my desktop file explorer as a PDF. Dropbox feels much more platform agnostic; it works perfectly whether someone is on Mac or PC. The initial setup was very straightforward, just download the desktop app and login. I really liked that it integrated directly into my computer file explorer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Dropbox is becoming a bit overcomplicated with extra features I don't necessarily need like the password manager or specialized editing tools. Sometimes the interface feels a little noisy with prompts to try new products when I really just want to focus on my files. Finding files in large team folders still feels like a manual chore. The current search relies heavily on exact file names, which is difficult when different team members use different naming conventions. The reason I rate Dropbox a 9 instead of a 10 is the price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the accessibility gap, allowing me to give clients 'view-only' access without exposing internal workflows. The document scanning feature on the mobile app is a huge time saver, making files instantly available on desktop as PDFs.

Effortless File Management and Seamless Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Best thing about Dropbox is how it is simple and reliable it makes managing files across devices while still letting you work with others easily. It is easy to use and implement, with reliable syncing and frequent everyday use, offers responsive customer support, and integrates smoothly with major productivity tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Main drawbacks include its very high cost as storage needs grow and the limited space offered on the free plan. When working with large files, syncing is a bit slow, and a few advanced features are very difficult to understand, requiring some time to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox actually helps solve the problem of storing, syncing, and sharing large video files securely across teams and devices. It allows us to collaborate easily with editors and clients, manage different versions of files, and access content from anywhere, which saves time and improves workflow efficiency. I started using it when I ran out of storage on Gmail/Google drive.
The Switzerland of Cloud Storage: Effortless Integration Across Tools
What do you like best about the product?
You can open a Microsoft Word doc, a Google Sheet, and a Figma design all within the same Dropbox folder. It doesn't force you into a specific software ecosystem, making it the "Switzerland" of cloud storage for teams that use a variety of tools
What do you dislike about the product?
The app now pushes Dropbox Paper, Replay, Capture, and Dash—tools many users don't want. This has led to a cluttered desktop interface and a "heavy" app that uses significant CPU and RAM compared to leaner alternatives
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Solution: Dropbox Dash (AI Universal Search). Dash acts as a single search bar for every connected app you use.
The Benefit: You don't have to remember where a file is stored. You can search for a concept like "Q4 Budget" and Dash will pull the relevant Excel sheet from OneDrive, the brief from Google Drive, and the related thread from Slack instantly.
