Efficient and user-friendly tool essential for small and large legal departments
What do you like best about the product?
The integration between HelloSign + dropbox
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost can be a little high and the website occasionally lags, but both are manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have reduced the need for additional admin support. We have secure signatures with audit trails that provide legitimacy to our contracts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider the time and cost savings HelloSign could provide for your organization and the choice is easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Being ale to get signatures sent through email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to add boxes for anything needing done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to send paperwork for signature without have it to print it off first.
This is a great platform for IEP virtual meetings and easy to use and format.

I like the reminders and this is the easiest way to collect signatures virtually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it only gives you three free ones.

I realize it is the easiest way to get paperwork signed.

I would recommend Hello Sign to complete meetings for paper

I like the email integration to know when someone has viewed or signed the document, and how simple and easy it is to send and receive signed documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish you could more easily send a link out to someone to sign the document (without it being a template form).

Easy e-doc signing with clients, vendors, partners and contractors.

There is honestly not much I dislike about this platform.

I work with attorneys and they rarely have time on their hands. to open thus up via email and click a button to conduct business is so crucial.

Nothing bad to say about the product really, you pay for what you get and in this case, they do the job pretty well.

I like how simple it is to send a signature to a number of folks in a remote world.

Not much to say here. I'm a big believer in this.

I need to send NDAs across the world so coordinating across timezones and such is so easy. I also have a secondary repository to store documents once signed.

Get it fast!
Easy to use platform but there are some features that need to be improved

I like the drag and drop capabilities. Standard fields are already created making an agreement easy to setup for esignature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a phone number for support. I have had several occasions where something didn't work and I was sent articles rather than being able to connect with a human. Not the best for what I consider to be enterprise software.
Additionally, any modifications to an agreement require a completely agreement get uploaded and all signature fields must be replaced. Very ineffiencent!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've created templates for our agreements. Each person on the team can use these templates and easily fill in customer info then send for signature. Templates allow for standardization across my sales team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I will be looking for other solutions that allow edits.
Easy Affordable Digital Signing Option
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, low cost, integrations available.
What do you dislike about the product?
What are the downsides? Honestly, I cannot think of any right now. It does what it needs to and it doesn't cost a fortune. Pretty simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digital document signing. We were having problem getting independent contractors to return W9 forms to us. Once we made the process entirely digital, the rate of completions went up.
