Great use of esignatures.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to request signatures in a timely manner and having those forms signed and returned back to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike about Dropbox Sign.

The ability to request signatures in a timely manner and having documentation of signature requests.
We use it daily.

its not always the easiest as far as editing and resubmitting things

Nothing easy to us fantastic app. No issues

How quick and easy it is. Never have to print out any papers.

The format that documents are out for signature are in. It's not customizable with creating folders for seperate docs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The quick turnaround time.

What do you like best about the product?
Upside of using Dropbox is that it is convenient and easy to use. I definetly use this several times throughout the week.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most thing I dislike about Dropbox is that sometimes it takes a few tries to get the document to load without getting the error.

Sending documents via mail that takes forever or they say they never got the mail

Having templates at the ready and most of the receivers auto-populated makes this a snap.

Sometimes it is hard to review what items are still outstanding without figuring out how to scroll over items to see,

Hundreds of musical artist sign on to our network and separately sign performance agreements with us so efficiently processing them is important.
Great service to use for onboarding and new hires!

Ease of use and ease of integration. Customer support is incredible.

I can't think of anything. I haven't found a way that Dropbox hasn't worked for me yet

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to use, and how quickly customer support is there to help when I need it. It has so many different features and very easy to make it apart of your everyday process. I use dropbox sign everyday to help me and my business. I love how it updated me when clients sign so I can stay on top of my work. The templates make it easier to navigate through the process rather than uploading one each time!

The only think I do not like is how I cannot edit the templates I upload.

It is benefiting me by how easy it is to use and how my clients enjoy using Dropbox sign.
