What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. It helps me keep all my files in one place and automatically syncs them across devices—so I never worry about forgetting a file at home.
2. Dropbox simplifies file sharing and collaboration by allowing me to easily store, access, and share documents across devices and with teams.

I’ve used it since 2012 and it’s a great tool for getting your stuff on the cloud

I like the fee plans they offer with the option of additional purchases

The only thing I could mention is the amount of emails they sent

Dropbox continues to update so it prevents us from running into any issues.

It is like any other cloud storage that has it own issues but nothing glaring.

The ability to share files across multiple devices. Works well with other programs like Microsoft office.

The pricing is pretty high if you want to use beyond the free limited storage. They're also can be some lag if you have very large files.

The ability to share large files and lots of content with other employees within the company without having to use email which can get bogged down with large files.

Dropbox's free plan offers limited storage capacity which may not be sufficient for users with large storage needs
