Best Cloud based file storage on the market
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox sets itself apart with the ability to use it's desktop integration. I love the fact that all my files are easily accessible through my computer, without having to be on the dropbox website. I also like that you can see previews of images, unlike its other main competitor, which is very frustrating for a marketing business.

Dropbox Review
What do you like best about the product?
Convenience of sharing large file and accessing them from anywhere. In addition, it can be accessed through windows explorer like a local drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of the service is big and that is prohibitive. In basic plan, the capacity is very small.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing large files with others.
Useful software for cross team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is easy to install and use, and integrates well with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, as well as other document folders on Finder on Mac. I use it every day across many research teams at multiple institutions, and I find many of its features preferable to Box and Google Drive. Its interface is simple and clear, and the options for turning sync on and off are useful for saving storage space as well as accessing files while in transit. Dropbox also has great online help guides and support tools for troubleshooting issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, the pros of Dropbox far outweigh the cons. However, the free storage is fairly limited at just 2GB, which fills up fast. Syncing large files can sometimes be slow, and there’s no built-in document editing (like in Google Drive).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, the biggest benefits are seamless file syncing across devices and easy collaboration with others. I don’t have to worry about manually transferring files or dealing with version control issues. Everything stays organized in one place, and I can quickly share files with teammates or clients without hassle, which is especially useful for remote and hybrid teams (often working from different locations and across time zones).
