Very easy to create and easy to sign
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is very user friendly when it comes to creating forms to fill and sign. It is even easier for those recieving the document to complete. I recommend people use this program for all of their document sharing and signing needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps this is because I am using the program through my company, but the email reminders and notifications are too frequent for my taste. It alerts me with a daily summary as well as when each person opens or completes the form. Again, this is most likely just a setting in the company's account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I meet with families, and quite often the families need to meet virtually. This allows us to securely obtain signatures digitally, rather than having to travel to the home to obtian it.

Templates make contract collection a breeze.
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature of Dropbox Sign is the ability to craft templates for the contracts I use on a frequent basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that creating fields doesn't have any snap-to feature to keep fields consistent in the build interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product allows me to solve the cumbersome contract collection problem by streamlining the process and making it (nearly) user-error-proof.

Very easy to use even for people who are not computer savvy!

I wish the number of templates were priced a little cheaper.

This is a safe, secure, and easy way for us to streamline business for us and our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love the most about Dropbox is the editing tools it offers, they're helpful when pages are out of order and such. Having it all on one page is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only think I don't like, would be that the name changed. lol. I'm so use to HelloSign. Other than that, it's perfect.

My boss works remote due to health issue and it's hlpful to get things sign and them being valid.

Having to track down paper consent forms. It also allows us to collect important data on what we are doing as a company.

Dropbox Sign is fairly straight forward and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The email updates when people view and sign their offers letters is great. The automatic reminders are convinient as well. Changing the template is a simple process as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently, they updated the process for placing signatures and dates on the forms. You now have to zoom out instead of scrolling down. Accessing the offer letter can be a bit tedious as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows us to quickly send employees offer letter for raises and promotions. It gives us visiblity during the process as well.
Good Experience and Document Management
What do you like best about the product?
Primarily use Dropbox Sign for client contracts. I have had a good experience with its ease of use and standardization. I especially like that it automatically saves the signed copy in client's folders and tracks the viewing/ IP addresses.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real issues! There was a bit of a learning curve when editing documents prior to sending them out for signature-- I wish this was more idiot-proof.
