Great service
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Convenient and love having access all the time

Nothing bad really just need more storage

Easy to share and store collective files

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is essential for me, and second nature in my use of it. Straightforward, and unlike other software(apple), they don't fix what isn't broken. Ease of sharing files, automatic backup of my camera and voice memos.
What do you dislike about the product?
If my drive disconnects for some reason, the software immediately wants to find a source and if you're not attentive with the dialog box, you can have a big re-indexing problem on your hands.

Sharing work in progress alomost immediately with my clients

What do you like best about the product?
At its most heart, it does exactly what it says, stores most types of digital files for your own use or to share with others while giving you access across devices
What do you dislike about the product?
Plans are too extreme to be truly useful from a customer perspective, it's either basic (which has almost no storage and unlikely to be truly useful) or the first paid tier is way too high and pricey for an "average" user who just wants storage but nothing over the top. A middle ground would be best, such as a first paid tier in the $5/month range.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just sharing specific files with only those individuals I choose and accessible from home, work or my phone on the go.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly organize my files (images, documents, etc.) into folders which can be easily searched for, downloaded, converted and shared has been vital to my local service business. Each of my customers has their own folder where I save photos, estimates and invoices, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no major downsides of Dropbox that I can think of!

Organizing my files in one place, easily sharing them with my team

the free plan is a good starter, I had gained a lot of storage space by sharing dropbox with friends. It's reliable.

not amazing as an image storage and sorting platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The functionality of it combined with the ease is everything that is needed in one location. We interlink other apps to upload and download items from Dropbox, further increasing its usefulness.

The Dropbox bill could always be less, don't you think so?

It solved the ability for my other software to upload here automatically.

Mass Storage with Reliable Service

Uptime and scalability is simple for deploying across a wide band of users

No real cons. Would love for dropbox to better integrate with other cloud systems.

Scaleable storage needed to manage creative projects allows us to store years worth of mass data.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can store all my video projects and get to them easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't transfer large files such as wedding files. It's possible but very difficult to share files that's like 100gbs. Last I tried it was a few years ago.

I can share video files to anyone and they can view and save them.
