What do you like best about the product?
The Quality of the file transfers. EASY TO USE.

Sometimes it is a challenge to use with some Realtor MLS sites

I store all of my recipes in Dropbox, and save important documents, that I can find in an instant when I need them.

It should be a completely free App. I have been using it for years.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been a Dropbox user for years. It is easy to use, can store everything, and it's easy to open and share files anytime, anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is slow or glitchy. More so on desktop than on my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to share files with anyone, not just business but also with family members. It saves a ton of time and it also makes me happy that I have everything in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that my files are available to me anywhere and BACKED UP in the cloud!!! I never have to worry about losing important documents, or wishing that I could access them, because they're always there! I use this constantly!
I've got my iPhone setup so that any pic I take is automatically sent to my camera uploads folder, so whenever I'm travelling I don't have to worry about my phone breaking and all my vacation pix being lost, because they are backed up the cloud just about immediately!

What do you dislike about the product?
I was an early implementer of Dropbox, so through the years as it was upgraded, sometimes the syncing wasn't perfect, but customer support was always able to help me out!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to files 24/7 where ever I am! I'm a artist, so I will think up something I want to change at the strangest times, and I can make that change

Dropbox is the best cloud-based data storage and sharing platform software.
- It's easy to use, especially for new and novice users, so it's easy to implement and share data quickly
- It never fails, it's always reliable with great software support
- It's almost instantaneous and quick to upload, download and share documents
- You can share documents with anyone and everyone even outside of an organisation, so this is the go-to for sharing data outside an organisation
- The integration of the software with Microsoft file explorer is seamless and foolproof
- Use it all the time for sharing data with no issues and can access data anywhere
- It's easy to use, especially for new and novice users, so it's easy to implement and share data quickly
- It never fails, it's always reliable with great software support

To be honest I can't think of too many downsides other than cost, One Drive is free with Microsoft so this can be a barrier to use Dropbox for an organisation

Got Too Expensive For My Use Case
What do you like best about the product?
I like the idea of sharing files and timing links and the flexibility.
Easy to use and pretty straightforward.
Customer support was always good and reliable.

Price got way too high for my use case compared to other software I was using.
The desktop app was always confusing to use and would take up space on my internal HD no matter how many times I tried to make it work.

It was solving sharing files with partners, clients, friends, family, and more.
Very nice and fast, but the value proposition does not measure up to OneDrive for my case

Fast, smooth, easy to use and pretty. I like Paper a lot, too.

Feature for feature it doesn't match OneDrive/MS Office 365

Was best once upon a time
What do you like best about the product?
Sync across my phone, computer, tablet, access all my files on my phone. VAULT was great to keep things secure. When I signed up there was a 1 TB plan and I payed a nominal fee to have ALL my files backed up and saved for 12 months. So, every version of every file. That is still there as a legacy plan, but does not seem to be an option for new plans. As an architect of 30 plus years my files are often change on jobs there were many times this feature saved me and I was able to look at the different versions and restore. I love that. I access my dropbox more than 100x a day. ALL my work files are saved there. It's was and is super easy to use and to share files with others. It was nice when they went from 1tb to 2tb. Not sure if the price increased, but if it did it was nominal.
What do you dislike about the product?
They keep messing around with features. When VAULT came out, I loved that I could have an extra secure area. Now that is being taken away and it has me VERY SERIOUSLY thinking of changing services. Even If I need to pay more. Because now I'll need to figure out an alternative to VAULT. So, because Dropbox decided to drop that great feature, now I need to go look for something else. Not sure what, but, it may be better than Dropbox. VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED. Price keeps going up, up, up. And now that they are taking away VAULT, I was really upset when I saw my yearly renewal go through a few weeks before VAULT, one of my favorite features will disappear. IF they want to keep me. Dropbox should say, ok, not new VAULT users, but LOYAL LEGACY users can keep using VAULT and we will never take this from them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thought more about problems dropbox is creating by TAKING AWAY VAULT. Solved me being able to access my files on my main desktop, table on the go or even on my phone. Don't have to wait to get to the office to share documents with clients or look up answers.
