You can buy a laptop with a small hard drive if you have Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
The files being present on my machine but not taking disc space.

I cannot think of any. I have used it for a few years and it has always done what I want.

I can access all my files at any location.

the storage is limited to only a few tb.

Dropbox meets my small business needs
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox was the first online document storage site I used and I expanded that to videos for my small business. I teach adults who need a central place to access documents and review videos related to the course taken. Dropbox easily shows me (1) who has opened a file and when, (2) who has access to a file or folder, and (3) a choice between VIEW or EDIT. My folders open with one click! I favor that. Dropbox makes it easy to move files from one folder to another, and uploading has always been easy and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently the only negative is limits to certain customer usage, so I had to choose a second doc storage site to duplicate everything. That's not a Dropbox problem as far as I can tell. Many teachers use my service, and schools sometimes block Dropbox use with official teacher emails. Some customers mistakenly think they must download everything into their own Dropbox accounts; I assure them they can work directly from mine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox provides a regular and easy-to-view listing of customer names opening individual files or folders. As a teacher of teachers, this helps me quickly ascertain who is benefiting from the documents & videos I provide relating to a course. Another doc storage site does NOT do this and it frustrates me. FYI - G2 designer, please use good grammar - the question for the answer box should be "What problems are being solved by Dropbox..." :-D

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to have receipts uploaded right from my phone so she can invoice timely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I have found at this time. I will update my review when I find something.

Allows me to share images and files quickly and securely with approved parties.
Excellent tool for document management
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is cloud based and can be accessed from all my devices, updating in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all, Dropbox does everything I need it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves access issues - multiple users can access it and work on documents in real time. I can also log in and access content from different devices including my phone. Saves us time and allows for proper collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
I use dropbox for work and for personal reasons. I like that I can use it to easily transfer photos/videos/documents from my phone to my computer for various purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truthfully don't have any dislikes or complaints.

Helps me share important documents, photos, and videos with team members easily and quickly. Most professionals I have worked with use or have used dropbox, so it is an easy avenue to share files with team members as well as clients.

Reliable but buggy and poor tech support

Several computers have independent copies of the same file, but are updated as any one of them is updated.

No abilty to handle Macintosh encrypted sparseimages! Tech support doesn't know what they are. Dropbox sees them as nonsense packages.
9 of 10 tech support tickets are not able to be responded to. Tech have scripts they read from which do not reflect how their product looks on a Mac. Only ONE tech in many years took note of this and changed!
