Love Dropbox and use it for ALL my file management.
What do you like best about the product?
Keeps everything organised, allows me to easily share folders with people without emailing them across and all while not having to take up storage on my devices.

I'm happy and don't really have a complaint.

Practical
What do you like best about the product?

I work a lot with videos and Dropbox is fast to upload and process when I’m in a rush to share them.

What do you dislike about the product?
The constant push for upgrades, I had an upgrade before but is not worth the money because I don’t need to keep my files forever. Most of my work is ministry work and I already pay too many subscriptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s my back up after working on my videos and graphics. I use to move files from my laptop or work computer to the church’s Mac with flash drives but now I upload everything before a service and download the entire folder when I’m ready
Convenient
What do you like best about the product?
It’s nice having things saved and ready to share all in one place.
I especially like how canva uploads directly to it.

What do you like best about the product?
The way it perfectly integrates with my daily workflow. A little while ago I actually created a hero folder on my desktop called LIVE WIP. It is linked to my Dropbox account. All of my jobs are saved in there, until they need to be archived, also in Dropbox. So now, whenever I press SAVE, I know all my data is safely stored online! It is constantly backing up, much like Google Drive, however not as many constant permission issues, and managing Google Drive online (uploading, zipping, downloading, just to name a few absolutely normal day to day tasks) is a huge huge HUGE pain. I will recommend Dropbox to anyone, any day, it is the most superior and flawless (and also good looking) program on the market.
Implementing Dropbox into your daily workflow is very very easy. You just install it and it's going.
I have never personally needed to deal with customer support because I never have any problems!
In terms of frequency of use, I use it every day (without even knowing it, because its all synced up now)

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I initially found confusing was which folders are syncing from my computer TO Dropbox, and which folders are syncing from Dropbox TO my computer.
Eventually I figured this out! Now it all works absolutely perfectly.
Another thing I struggle with (to this day) is if someone leaves a comment on a PDF, I click the comment (like you would in Vimeo, for example) but it does not show the pinpoint on the screen, specifically WHERE the person is pointing to. It just highlights the whole page.
Please fix this issue! And then you have a flawless program!!!

Backing up all of my files, It benefits me because I can just click SAVE and its saved both to my hard drive, and online. Also meaning, I can access it on any computer, anywhere!
Dropbox is the best storage tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox offers a user-friendly interface, fast and reliable file syncing across all platforms, helpful version history and recovery options, strong collaboration features with third-party integrations, and smart syncing tools that help manage storage efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox’s main drawbacks are its relatively high cost for individuals, limited free storage, lack of end-to-end encryption for privacy, and an increasing number of features that may feel excessive for casual users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves key problems related to file storage, access, and collaboration, making it easier to manage and share digital content across devices and teams.
Best for large sized file sharing and saving
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has helped my small businesses grow. The functionality of Dropbox is superb and the ability to share and save large files is what drew me to Dropbox. I can easily upload and share my files with my clients with absolutely NO ISSUES. The layout of dropbox is super user-friendly and none of my clients have ever had any issues viewing downloading editing any of the files I’ve shared with them. Whether I’ve shared the direct link with them through email or sharing the actual folder from the platform itself. The constant updating and refreshing of dropbox just continues to impress me. I highly recommend this platform Really for anybody. Keep up the amazing work Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don’t have anything that I dislike about dropbox. If there’s an issue or a bug, it’s usually fixed immediately, almost without being noticed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is constantly updating It’s layout. I have yet to encounter any problems with dropbox in the last 5+ years that I’ve used it.
