Best File-backup Experience Available
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Dropbox lets me easily share files with a link instead of laboriously submitting a "file request" in an email to another person.
What do you dislike about the product?
How the Dropbox desktop app connects with my finder app instead of being a seperate program

Easily sharing files
Very ease to use though I do not use it as frequently as I used to.
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of uploading and editing forms!

Having to come out of what I'm doing to upload new forms.

None that I am aware of!
It is so easy to share a file or folders with colleagues using the create a link.
What do you like best about the product?
What it most helpful that I can easily create a share link and also love the expiration option.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything I dislike since every time I think of how it can be improved it ends up being addressed in an update by the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are so many times when needing to send private and secure documents I love I can only share with a certain email and then that I can have the link expire.
Good storage solution for documents online and for collaboration and sharing
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to store large files, keep a good filing system shared within a team, send large files or use shared folders for collaboration outside our immediate team. Being able to store files online only so they don't take up lots of space on our hard drives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't really think of anything. Maybe the cost?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing files with my colleagues is easier, so we don't have to send them to each other.
Helpful for Big Files
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is the best for sharing big files. Especially for sharing confidential files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox is blocked on some company computers.

Dropbox is helping our company send large and confidential files to recipients.
Been incredible!! So easy and intuitive!! Works perfectly for my team!

Having dropbox means that I have access to my files, even if I forget to copy them somewhere else, especially when traveling.

It's easy to share files and view who's accessed files.

Collaboration tools are a little clunky.

It's so easy to share files. No one is required to natively run Dropbox. They can view files over the web.
Easy to Use and Share
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can easily share files with coworkers, whether via a shared folder or a link. And I love knowing that they've received them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any issues using Dropbox.

I am able to share multiple files that are otherwise too large to send in a single email.
Easy and Convenient Storage Space

The ability to have a portable storage space for files.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limited storage space offered for free.

Mobile storage space that allows me to send files to the tv station to upload to our server quickly.
