I have used the platform for years and find it easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Collaboration with other team member can sometimes get messy with conflicted copies of files turning up when trying to work in the same file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for a cloud base storage system for our remote teams to collaborate on
Seamless storage option - 10+ years user
What do you like best about the product?
The Desktop feature is my absolute favorite function - Dropbox makes it easy for us to keep our files organized and in order. The fact that uploading and downloading items through the app is seamless, makes it easy to be on the road. I've use other file drives in the past and none compare to Dropbox. I've had Dropbox for over 10 years and use it on almost a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish more people my age used it. It seems like the norm for businesses but the younger generations use items like the drive or photo apps that make it hard to locate and difficult to access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and storage space. It just facilitates uploading, file organization and sharing options with other collaborators/ clients.
My workload had been made much easier since I switched to Dropbox.

The flow is super easy to catch on to & it's blessing to have something like this as an artist & label owner. I can't remember the last time I went a day without using Dropbox.

I honestly have to say that I can't think of anything I dislike about it.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, especially the dropbox signature
What do you dislike about the product?
The storage is not enough. In the end I go to Google Drive. I prefer to have 1 storage for all, but dropbox only have certain TB for storage. Google drive can go unlimited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sending big files, I use this a lot.
I still love Dropbox after more than a decade

Here are the things I still love about Dropbox after all these years...
Reliable Syncing: Files update quickly and correctly across all devices without errors.
Smart Sync: Keeps files visible on your computer without taking up space.
File Requests: Lets anyone upload files to your Dropbox without needing an account. Super handy for clients.
Great Mobile App: Scan, preview, share, or comment on files right from your phone—quick and polished.
Strong Integrations: Works seamlessly with Slack, Trello, Adobe, Zoom, and others.
Quietly Dependable: Doesn’t try to do everything—just nails the core file storage experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to come up with things I don't like about Dropbox, but here are a couple:
Pricey for Solo Users: It’s more expensive than alternatives like Google Drive or iCloud, especially if you’re not using all the features.
Limited Free Plan: Only 2GB of storage for free accounts—basically just a teaser.

Dropbox makes it so easy to get files to my clients. It also helps me sync my personal document storage on my home PC.
Great resource, but overpriced
What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox as a communal folder to store continuity photos for film and television. It’s relatively user friendly, and most anyone can make it work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to pay for any useful amount of storage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having somewhere to store communal files - my team can access it and I can turn it over to production when we’re done.

I rely on dropbox so i can access everything anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
The syncing between my phone and computer is the best. I'm constantly adding files to folders to both my phone and computer and it's so key to keeping organized and having access to my files at any given time. Dropbox links are how I share files for my work and it's the only file sharing app I found that has the easiest user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't add files from Dropbox as an attachment on the Gmail app from my phone. Big huge bummer that I hope Dropbox will push for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox makes it easy for me to share a LOT of files and share it in many different ways (dropbox links copied into an email, or an invite to share a folder)
