Good and fast
What do you like best about the product?
Speed of upload/download. Moving files between devices is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost, and the sorting is weird. I would prefer something that shows recents by default

File sharing, syncing, and delivery. Also client contracts.

I love being able to access documents wherever I am.

Having to pay a yearly fee is sometimes hard.

Not having access to files that I need at a particular time.
Flexibility and convenience
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and easy to get files to all my clients. I like being able to share links and be able to have clients leave comments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes people get confused and think they have to have a dropbox account to see files I've sent them. That should be a little more clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I just need to send video files to clients to either review or use and Dropbox manages to get my files to clients as well as collaborators.
OK File Storage Service
What do you like best about the product?
I didn't find much difference from the other storage services but yes, it has more in depth curve, to make files available to share. As in it makes the files perfectly available, exactly to the person we specify but not making like "in general" that I like.
What do you dislike about the product?
The uploading sizes always confuse me coz it acts very weird. It just won't upload even within the file size requirement. This is what Dropbox should work on very much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making file sharing simple, if not easy & that's worth mentioning.
Best way to share images and video
What do you like best about the product?
In my PR work, I share images and video with media regularly. This makes it very easy to do.

somtimes the organization of files is confusing.

Great for creatives sharing and storing large files
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to store large files, and send files fairly easily for multi-person projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like organization could be handled a little bit better.

Storing large music files, and various creative projects with art + video, and hosting things that can be shared and accessed by others.
DropBox make my life so much easier
What do you like best about the product?
It just works! Easy to share folders, backup all my files. Ease of use. All the things. I does exactly what cloud storage should do and does it better than anyone.

Other than the price I can't think of anything.

Storing of all my files and backing them up. I haven't lost my data since I started using DropBox.

It's easy to use. It makes it easy to transfer files across platforms. I use it nearly every day.

In general, I have not had any complaints when using Dropbox.

Having not enough space on the free tier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving photo, video or other files between phone, laptop and desktop is really great when sketching music ideas on laptop and being able to pick it up on desktop seamlessly is a big plus over shuttling a usb stick back and forth.
