Great Resource for Cloud Storage
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can easily access it from any device, no matter where you are.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I dislike about Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have had Dropbox for many years now and enjoy the ease of access from anywhere.
Why I Keep Coming Back to Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes it easy to access my files from anywhere and even when I’m out of the country. It’s great for organizing and quickly sharing documents, and the interface is simple and user-friendly. I like how smoothly it syncs across all my devices, and it’s been especially useful for collaborating with others through shared folders. I also trust it with important files since I’ve never had issues with security or data loss. I've been using it for probably the past 8 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take up a lot of space on my computer, which means I can’t always keep everything synced locally. The price is also a bit of an expense (t’s not overpriced and competitive), but it’s something to factor in. Still, for the convenience and reliability, I think it’s worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the problem of not having access to my files when I’m away from my computer. I can grab what I need from anywhere, even if I’m out of the country. It also makes it super easy to organize stuff and send files quickly, which has saved me a ton of time, especially when I’m working on the go or sharing things with others.

I like that I can seamlessly share documents across multiple computers and smart devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
That only expensive plans have unlimited device sharing.

It keeps documents synced across multiple environments.
Reliable cloud storage with easy access when most needed
What do you like best about the product?
I can simply and confindently access my files on the fly and share them. Various files are viewable on the dropbox app, so I can see working files from my phone. It has lots of app integrations which makes moving files (especially on mobile) feel seamless
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it quite pricey, and wish they offered a smaller amount of storage (I don't need 2 tb)
I have had files go missing when tidying it up. You might get a helpful "x amount of files have been deleted"email, but that can get blurred when you intentionally deleted some files. You have 30 days to restore files, or can pay more for longer. They offer a passwords app, which is great as it's bundled with DB, but if I was reviewing it on its own merits, I'd say the password app can be incredibly frustrating with autofill not working properly.

It is so easy to share large files with colleagues!

I would have to say paying for an app is not fun.

What do you like best about the product?
That I can share certain shared file "links" with my clients. Other subscriptions have this option, but they aren't as user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish the price point was a little lower to compare to OneDrive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing shared files with my clients and helps prevent meetings that could just be a file sent. When I update the file, the link is also updated accordingly so my clients always know they are looking at the most up to date document.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the computer integration. I can export a large file directly to dropbox from an application knowing that it will be uploaded without a second step.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot search for comments. Sent a folder of images to review to a client, and they commented on the ones they wanted, but i could not search for their comments, so I had to go through manually

It is solving a way to share large quantities of files.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes it incredibly easy to access your files from anywhere and share them with anyone—whether you’re collaborating with a team or sending a quick link to a friend.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they didn’t discontinue the Showcase feature. It was such a great portfolio alternative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the problem of keeping everything available from any device. It eliminates the hassle of emailing large attachments or digging through folders by making file sharing fast and seamless. For me, it means I can collaborate in real-time, stay synced across devices, and always know where to find what I need—whether I’m at my desk or on the go.
