Super easy to use, user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's user friendly and difficult to make mistakes. I use it often and it's always quick and easy.

I wish you could upload multiple documents

It makes it so I always know who needs to sign and makes sending reminders super easy.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides multiple options for integrations and is great for team collaboration. Insights and audit trails are available at a moments notice.

The document formatting seems a little wonky. Would like to see an option to save more templates.

One of the standout features is the seamless document-sharing process with clientsand how easily it can be incorporated with every other document. They can sign without the need for a cumbersome and frustrating account creation process, which helps me to use it daily. This feature has truly transformed our client interactions. The platform's intuitive and easy interface simplifies the process of indicating where signatures and other fields should be placed and that is why I find it so easy to place it on a document. Dropbox Sign's customer support is second to none. Any questions or issues we've encountered were promptly and effectively addressed, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

There can be occasional glitches in the placement of signature boxes when creating a document. While these glitches are typically minor, they can cause some inconvenience and require manual adjustments.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best thing I like about the Dropbox sign is that the ease of integration. We can prepare any type of documents, contracts, etc. and can send it to others for theirs signatures. we can send these document with the link which is fully secured and encrypted. The best feature of Dropbox sign is that we can upload prefilled PDF forms to create a document with that process the editable content will not get erased on uploading. With the Dropbox sign we can customize the date and sign formats. The colour coding option for different signs is interesting feature.
We can create and save different templates for different documents and senders which is one of the distinguishing feature when we can compare it with other competitors.

What do you dislike about the product?
Many features of Dropbox sign are very good and useful but sometimes the difficulties like alum alignment of different boxes during preparation of document is a headache and takes a lot of time. We cannot modify or edit the template After sending the document or if we mistakenly puts a wrong email ID.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the Dropbox sign we can save a lot of time which require for preparation of document signing, printing, faxing, scanning and emailing. Also we can save the signed copies in the designated folder so that we can maintain the documents in a separate folder. Due to Dropbox sign we can track the document signatures and also can remind others for pending work.
