What do you like best about the product?
Structure is easy and it is also used by a lot of coleauges

Very convenient and efficient

You don't have to deal with email limitations and hassles. I works great and I love the macOS Finder integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Discovering the hard way about sharing the files. If you give them "Can Edit" or a link for editing access it takes from the recipients' storage too. I learned to just send them a link with "Can View" (read and download) access only instead of making them a contributor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Distribution of my clients' photographs.

That files are uploaded quickly and that I can see who last modified it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything. Maybe I would like comprehensive version control. Also, multiple people working together on one file.

My Go-To for File Storage and Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of storage and easy sharing capabilities are incredible. I truly couldn’t run my business without it. I am able to share files easily, and store them on my computer, or offload them so I save space. All around content with this service.

Just the inability to preview offline files

Storing files offline to save space and easily sharing files with clients and collaborators
I have used Dropbox for many years and it houses my data securely.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Easy access. Synchronization of files. File Sharing
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox is adding loads of bells and whistles that make me have to pause to relearn and relocate things I did intuitively before. Definitely some improvements but if it ain't broke....

Easy and intuitive to use, has version controls. Good for large group to share and upload documents

I love that I can make different folders. I am a photographer so it is very helpful to separate photos for my clients.

Dropbox is defiantly making my life a lot easier due to me being a photographer. It helps me stay organized and its very convenient.
Dropbox - A reliable, indispensable tool for my business
What do you like best about the product?
As a marketing professional, I deal with tons of creative elements, from photographs, to presentations, to videos, and more. Many of these files are of a large size. Dropbox allows me to store all these crucial materials securely and offers easy access through the desktop app. It makes sharing files easy as well.

I can't think of anything I don't like about the service.

I have many artwork elements and files of large sizes. Dropbox helps me store them securely and be accessible at any time.
Good at what it does, but missing important features
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, navigate, share and sync across multiple platforms.
I'm happy with the amount of space I get for the price, and it beats out the competitors with the intuitive UI and ability to customize which files are synced locally or used online-only.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are limits on privacy.
For one, Dropbox previously had the "vault," which was a useful tool to separate both professional and personal files, but also added a layer of security for sensitive work files that might otherwise easier to access. Since removing that feature, I've had to move all of that information to another program that has that baked in.
It is also constantly suggesting files or showing what has been recently modified, and due to the nature of my work, meant clients would see previews of projects I had been working on for other clients/competitors.
Separately, the video player is awful and has problems playing common codecs and longer videos.
Not the professional tool I thought and hoped it was.
