Dropbox is vital to my business
What do you like best about the product?
As a graphic designer, I find Dropbox vital to my business. I use it every day — it’s seamlessly paired with my MacBook, and the mobile app keeps me connected wherever I am. The ease of transferring files to clients and sharing folders has significantly improved my workflow. It’s incredibly user-friendly, quick to set up, and offers powerful features beyond storage. Additionally, it integrates seamlessly with the other tools I use daily, making it a central hub for all my activities. I honestly couldn’t imagine working without it. I've never had any issues, and I've never had to contact customer support. Everything is obvious and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some businesses don't have this program. In my opinion, it's way better than Google Drive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's saving me so much time. Instead of uploading all these files to an email, I can simply send them a download link. If the client happens to lose the link, I know I can easily resend it instead of looking through my emails.

Desktop app needs work
What do you like best about the product?
The concept of saving large quantities of files and easy access to these files from any device.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a desktop app for Dropbox that allowed me to easily access all of the files in their original format. Since I recently conducted an update, the app no longer works. Now I can only access my files through an internet browser and they are only available to edit through a web software (for example, "Excel for the web"). VERY FRUSTRATING!

Ease of access to large amounts of files.
Dropbox is a crucial part of my day-to-day as a marketing professional

Using Dropbox for 4+ Yrs, Effortless File Management
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Dropbox for a couple of years now and it's been a total game changer. I had tried both iCloud and Google Drive before, but always found them a bit clunky or frustrating to use. Dropbox, on the other hand, is incredibly intuitive. It's super easy to manage files, share links (even with non-Dropbox users), and access everything across all my devices. I especially love how smooth it is to preview videos and large files without any hiccups.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only gripe is that I wish there were a customizable landing page—something that would let me pin or favorite folders so I can access them faster, instead of having to dig through the directory each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all my large files in one place and even integrates e-signing tools for effortless document signing. I never worry about storage limit.
Dropbox was the industry standard
What do you like best about the product?
As a graphic designer, Dropbox was for many years the industry standard for cloud storage for design teams, because it allowed them to share files and sync everything automatically between their desktop and the cloud. I used it with several past workplaces with success. Dropbox is easy to put it on your computer and log into from multiple devices. There are also integrations within a lot of websites, for example, I can do things like upload my resume from Dropbox when applyig for a job.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a bug with Dropbox wherecertain apps might have trouble opening online-only files. As an example, if you open an Indesign document, images are "linked" to the document, not embedded. So, ideally, if you opened an InDesign file, all linked files would also be synced to be available offline, so that you don't end up with a bunch of broken links. This used to work just fine, but for a year or two, an error occured where this stopped working...and they NEVER FIXED IT. I still limp along with Dropbox because I've used it for years and it'd e a pain to switch, but this continues to be frustrating to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to access my files from any device, also peace of mind knowing that if my computer fell into a lake, my files are safe.
