What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about dropbox is the scanner / uploader - it always ends up taking better scans than any other program, and it's very easy to use. I also love that it integrates with fastmail accounts so well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is that it doesn't integrate with work - at my work, we have google and onedrive accounts that are used for file sharing, and also box account, but no dropbox. It would definitely make it easier to use day-to-day if I could use it with work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use it to sync files between home and work, and to share files with friends.

I can always rely on Dropbox to have my files

What do you like best about the product?
I work in medicine and routinely need to send files from my phone that I don't have tangible access to. Thankfully, with Dropbox, I can quickly access my files and share them with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the only downside is the large size discrepancy between the free account and lowest free account. I would pay for a smaller size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is solving my lack of time. When in the clinic or hospital I don't have time to go back to my physical hard drive to retrieve documents. Dropbox saves me time.

Dropbox is an easy to use cloud solution. I often use different devices throughout the day to access the same files. Dropbox makes it easy to share files between PCs, with printers, and in messages or email.

Initially sharing a file with someone through text or email was not entirely intuitive, but once I figured out that I needed to export the file, it was simple.
