What do you like best about the product?
Access from anywhere. It is very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price. It is getting more expensive compared to other competitors.

Easy sharing.

Not much. I appreciate the effort to build a platform that can share large files though. But I am not a fan
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't, really. It has been a difficult platform from years ago. I had the pleasure to stop using it but had to go back because our agency uses it. It has not gotten any better. Difficult to use for sure misses things, with several glitches. Support doesn't always know how to help. It is a mess. Worse than that is Slack, another mess. I wish DB was like Notion, really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It doesn't solve anything for me but I have to use it to collaborate with others. I don't find it effective and it has a LOT of glitches. A lot of inconsistent errors. I can send a list if needed.

Ease of use, speed of results, organizational heirarchy

Sometimes it take a log time to sync between PC and the cloud, but that could be my connection speed.

Organization of folders overall. Wish you could add filters to folders or tags to organize them by what’s in them.

It solves the ability to quickly share files with collaborators.

Not much, except sometimes I forget files are stored there and need to clean the folders out regularly to clear up space.

Easy way to share large files that can't be emailed.
I've been using Dropbox for about 11 years. It is a seamless backup system for my files.

Files are always backed up and retrievable when needed.

I can't think of anything I dislike about it.

I love the accesibility across multiple devices and platform to easily access and share files.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the capability for multiple user to edit a document at the same time was available.

It has solved the issue of collaboartion by providing a one-stop solution to allow seamless collaboration with coworkers and clients alike.
Nice managing the folders and files and live access to the updated versions on any file

Having the chance to collaborate online with other people. It has good customer support as well. I use everyday.

The Best Sharing Hack
What do you like best about the product?
I love how universal Dropbox is-- I use it for sharing large files for business, for sharing photos with friends, contracts, etc.. It's the industry standard for sharing and so simple to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could use a little facelift but it's okay and simple as is

It's so simple to share with the click of a dropbox link. No more uploading to emails, files compressing,etc..
