Dropbox simplifies downloading!
What do you like best about the product?
When downloading on my phone, it's easy to drop it in Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
I apologize, but I am unable to assist with sharing to Google Drive. However, I can help with translating text or providing information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of downloading in one place. I can then access Dropbox on my computer.
Best solution for easy design asset sharing
What do you like best about the product?
It is the best solution to share, view, and comment on design assets easily.

I haven't found anything so far that I dislike.

Could be great, but it's not and they're not working to get there
What do you like best about the product?
I can take a photo or video with my phone and it's available to me on my computer when I sit down. I do not need to transfer data, it's just sitting there. This clears one of the many many hurdles a content creator has as I have to take and sync content every single day.
For my office we use it as a place to share large files. Getting multi gigabyte videos to clients is quite a bit easier when you can just email them a link and they can download it on their side.
I added my little content creator and now her videos sync up so I can upload them if she wants them posted for family, or her YouTube channel of eight subscribers. She doesn't have to think about anything and just tells me when there's a video, which I review and post from the shared dropbox.

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the advertised features is that it will sync and back up your computer. This is not the case. It will back up the drive that your dropbox folder is on. For me this means that one of my five drives can be backed up, but I only use that drive for storage of dropbox files... womp womp.
My attempts to get an answer from customer support had me jumping through hoops uninstalling and reinstalling and basically doing a whole bunch of busy work before the rep figured out that no, it doesn't work on any drive other than the default.
Does not appear right out of the box as if there's a way to separate photos by what device took them. As such my four connected devices tend to just dump away and heaven help me if my kid is taking screenshots.

Getting large files from our office to anywhere in the world is useful. We also use dropbox as a third backup option by dumping backup files into the dropbox folder so they're stored in the cloud. It's not ideal, but it's at least a third location for backup.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is seamless, and backs-up files for me

I don't like that it provides only back-up for 1-2 tb of data for the current pricing. It should give baseline 5TB.

easy to upload directly thru app and it holds a good amount of storage

if you upload from camera roll or other apps, it uploads slowly and I don't like that the features change depending on if you are on the full website or the app or the kind of account you have, but some of the business account options are different through the phone than the website

just easier to keep all of the stuff I post for work and one spot and allow my business partners to see it too
Dropbox is an easy and user-friendly way to share files and photos.
What do you like best about the product?
I can upload to individual folders, rename files. One of the biggest things that's been helpful is sharing links based on the type of viewer and their privileges. I use it for my magazine photoshoots and it has been working well! The upload process is also super easy and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the price of the subscription.

It is a singular place where I can upload my photos where clients and coworkers can view everything.

Music Publicists Need Dropbox!!
What do you like best about the product?
The fact I can send complete albums to my pr media contacts in a matter of seconds! It's completely changed the publicity game in a good way! I've been using Dropbox for years.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything I dislike about Dropbox, it solves my needs.

It allows me to solicit cd reviews without having to send a hard copy cd!

I love that I can seamlessly share across devices, both my own and those of colleagues or clients.

I don't currently have any dislikes with Dropbox aside from limited storage on the free plan.

It allows me to share working files with colleagues and finished files with clients. It is most beneficial when files are larger than the allowed size to email.
