Great service easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to upload my pdfs and other sources, also it is very quick and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you have to pay to use certain parts of Dropbox but overall I love using Dropbox
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is solving the problem of people having a hard time storing all their files and editing their videos for me Dropbox has made it a lot easier.
Long term storage/archive and timely transfers...
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of storing my files and the ease of moving large files (usually video-related) between my Macbook Pro and Windows laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it seems pricey as my Microsoft 365 account includes Onedrive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File transfer between devices (Mobile, laptop, Apple, Windows, etc.)
Absolutely vital for workflow as a voice actor
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless OS integration, and cross-device capability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Playlists aren't a thing. It would be great to have a playlist feature for us audio file type people that could be put on a website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing of files and having a backup accessible from anywhere in case I'm not near any of my devices.
Flexible, good to have
What do you like best about the product?
It's organized with interactive interface
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing plan, wants it more flexible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's storage features
Solid cloud sharing system
What do you like best about the product?
The easy integretion of web and desktop app access to files is great. I love working on a project on my laptop and then be able to switch to the desktop and then be able to access what I worked on at my job. I like it better than iCloud and sharepoint--much easier to use and access my files because you keep the product simple. Whereas Apple and Microsoft focus on other apps and products that make its usage clunky, Dropbox isn't overextending or creating problems out of what it solves and functions as.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations on how many devices the free version is allowed to be on. I understand it from a business side of it, but I feel like I helped gain Dropbox customers when it started out because I used it as a college writing professor to endorse its usage in the writing process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a professional creative writer and educator. This product allows me to work on multiple devices without losing a step in the creative process--and when my first book came out it allowed me to easily collaborate with the cover designer and the interior designer, as well as the editorial team to make efficient choices and edits. As a a writer, this has kept me highly organized with my pieces since I don't have to take extra steps to access the real time version when in need to switch devices.
Very useful and multi-platform cloud storage
What do you like best about the product?
Multi-platform, I can access my files from mobile, pc and from chrome book and others easily. and sharing feature via link or folder is great.
It is also easier to download and install.
It is also easier to download and install.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometime it creates another file with conflicted copy, while I am working on some files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not aware of this
Usually Pleasant and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has become my go to for organizing client files and sharing space with them
What do you dislike about the product?
That sometimes clients are asked to pay for Dropbox on their end in order to use the space and that I have all this space but often times it takes up a lot of space on my computer as well.. I thought cloud space was all in the cloud...and it's not. It still takes up considerable hard disk space .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a cloud space for all of our art and social media content that is too big to email which is most of it
The best way of sharing, storing and organizing files
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is great because it makes storing, sharing, and organizing files super easy. Here’s why I love it:
1. Access Your Stuff Anywhere
Ican save files to Dropbox and get to them from any device—my laptop, phone, tablet, or even someone else’s computer if needed. No more scrambling to find a USB drive!
2. Sharing Is a Breeze
Need to send a big file? Just share a link—no annoying email attachments or "file too large" errors. It’s also great for teamwork since multiple people can access and edit the same files without a mess of different versions.
3. Never Lose a File Again
Dropbox automatically saves everything in the cloud, so if my laptop crashes or my phone gets lost, your files are still safe. Plus, if I accidentally delete something, you can restore older versions.
4. Keeps Things Organized
With folders, search features, and even integrations with tools like Google Docs and Microsoft Office, Dropbox helps keep everything tidy and easy to find.
5. Works Offline Too
If I know you’ll be without Wi-Fi, I can mark files for offline access and still work on them. Changes sync up once I'm back online.
6. Great for Teams
If I'm working with others, Dropbox lets me collaborate without hassle. Everyone sees updates in real time, and I can leave comments or track file changes.
Basically, it’s a simple, reliable way to keep me files safe, accessible, and easy to share.
