It feels reliable
What do you like best about the product?
It's normally easy to find the materials I'm looking for
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time to upload materials and cannot close the browser until finish uploading

We usually share original contents for the publicity and we need a big storage space to share materials

What do you like best about the product?
It works well for small accounts and big ones. Can be used by my clients to upload documents to me and used by me to store files and send files. Makes me paperless. Super easy to integrate with other programs. I use it every day both in personal life and for my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The program to obtain signatures is not very good. Sometimes it doesn't send them to me at the end, or they get hung up in the process and I have to go find them and take them out of the system and redo them.

Helps me send, store and upload from others documents of all sizes.

What do you like best about the product?
Very useful for file exchange, collaborative working on documents (especially on interstate projects), peace of mind with cloud storage, easy to use. I use it daily. Also the ability to control who can read vs edit, on a file by file basis is very attractive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The space runs out pretty quickly on the free version

Economical file sharing
Very user friendly and fast.
What do you like best about the product?
With just a couple clicks, I can have a file uploaded and have a link copied to send to my customer in an email to retrieve the file.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes with larger files it may take a minute or two before the files are uploaded and ready to share.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves having to put files onto a flash drive and send to customer because the file is too large to email.

So easy to use and understand. I like that I can access via a web browser, through the app on my desktop, or the app on my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't had any issues as a dropbox customer. No complaints.

Ease of storing, sharing, and organizing files.
Dropbox makes our meetings go more smoothly.
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use Dropbox to share files with our team so that they can be more prepared to make decisions when we meet. It can be personalized so that these people can be included here, and those people can be included there. It is a great tool to keep our work organized without the need for printing reams of paper that would be trashed or recycled after the meeting. Helps us in saving the planet!

Being invited to folders or files that I cannot edit or upload to.

Too many email attachments that are hard to find later.
This is a great product, I've been using it for years!

I like the most about using Dropbox is just how simple it is. I have been implementing how easy it is with all my friends. I use it every day to back up my data. I also have it synced with my iPhone and I use it for backup and it's great!

There is not much to say that I don't like about it! It's great!

Best online backup for all of your devices
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of backup of my files and photos, phone and computer. Having them all in one location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Photo searching is a difficult, and browsing for photos could be easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily share and work on large files with everyone. I have control how much access people have. I can quickly backup files from my phone, and work on them later from my iPad or computers.
On the short list of my most-used and most valuable apps!
What do you like best about the product?
It has the easiest and most direct access for a multitude of personal and business items that I require quick and repeated access to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very few things. Occasionally, items that I enter on one computer don't show up on another device, but this may be my fault...they are always available on the Dropbox website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A multitude. I primarily use Dropbox as a secure site to store personal and business documents that I need to access repeatedly from a number of different devices. Increasingly, though, I use it to collaborate with others who upload items for my review.
