Overall Happy
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has become my go-to for saving all of my files; it allows me to then access my files from any of my devices (phones, iPads, laptop, and desktop) no matter where I am. This prevents me from being without access to a file just because I'm mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides are the cost can be prohibitive for some, and the need for installing the programs onto your devices. I have an old desktop that I need to save all of my files from, but it crashes whenever I try to download the program (I don't believe that this is Drop box's fault) so I have not been able to back up the devices so that I can reformat the hard drive of the device to start fresh with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is helping me to have access to all of my documents in a secure server. This allows me to trust that my clients' information is not going to be compromised, but that I can access it from any of my devices quickly and easily.

It's a great place to store your files for usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to navigate and it doesn't allow you to expand to see your folders if you have deep roots

Reliable document and filesharing - for many years
What do you like best about the product?
Most importantly the mix of reliability and the innovation. Dropbox innovates, but keeps everything work as i used to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The iOS App support of Dropbox Paper, and generally the Dropbox Paper not get's enough light and focus. Such an amazing product!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox gives me a reliable and cross platform toolset that i can open and display, present anywhere! Even if shared in Messenger, iMessage or Whatsapp, the in built preview still opens and gives me full user experience presenting my project documentation.
Difficult Experience -- Useful App
What do you like best about the product?
I like how versatile it is and how easy it is to selectively share & sync files across platforms wherever I am.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of customer support and digital overreach. When my personal account was mistakenly deleted by my former employer, I lost my entire 2tb local & cloud data in my dropbox folder on my pc. Customer support was no help in getting my data back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing data digitally. It's very helpful to be able to create proxy files that are stored in dropbox and access them anywhere.
Easy to use for Collaboration!

Easy to organize files and share/collaborate with others
What do you dislike about the product?
Syncing is not easy to set up and does not always work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing and storage of archived files. Collaboration with others is easy via drop box. My file system is very organized thanks to the ease of use.
Beginner friendly and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you don't have to attached one documents at a time you can just drag and add your entire folder at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox is honestly great, but I'll suggest the capacity to self deleted old files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to create google links for my production docs. I can just drag and add the entire files to a folder and share with Opposing Counsel
User Friendly and Helpful
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes it so easy to send files to my clients and organize them efficiently. The storage options available in the free version are incredible and even more so in the paid version.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't personally see any downsides to using Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is compiling all of my photos in one spot and allows me to easily send links to clients so they can view/download but not edit. If I wanted to give them permission to edit I could.
Safe Transfer of Files
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is easy to use and a great way to send confidential information securely.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've only run into an issue a couple of times when the receiving party was unable to access the link but I'm not sure of an alternate option for transferring files.

What I enjoy about dropbox is how easy it to use and stay organized with all my files. I also like how simple it is to share files and folders with others. Quick uploads as well! App is very convenient
What do you dislike about the product?
Somehow I connect my phone as a backup and it constantly uploading all my pix from camera and I dont like that...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox to transport files to TV and radio stations.
