What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could be more designed and aesthetically and functionally smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Good Software
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is incredibly easy to use. Installing the desktop app creates a special folder on your computer, and anything you put in there is automatically synced to the cloud and across all your devices. The mobile app is also straightforward, though it’s more limited for managing lots of files at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional slow sync when resuming after offline work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves several key problems related to file management, collaboration, and data security, which benefits me in both personal and professional settings
Dropkick underperforming storage solutions with Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
One of Dropbox’s greatest strengths is how seamlessly it keeps my work organized and client-ready. All my design files-whether Photoshop documents, contracts, or presentation decks-are securely backed up in one place. The ability to sync files across all my devices, whether I’m working on a Mac in the studio or reviewing proofs on my phone, has been invaluable. I never worry about losing data if my hardware fails, and I always have the latest version of my work at my fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost has risen over the years, and the loss of unlimited storage was a blow, especially as my archive of high-res files has grown. Storage caps and pricing can be a sticking point for freelancers or small studios with large data needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration with tools like Slack, plus the ability to work directly from my file explorer, means Dropbox fits naturally into my workflow. Features like version history have saved me countless hours, letting me revert to previous drafts when a project takes an unexpected turn. Notifications for shared folders ensure everyone stays in the loop without endless email chains

Paralegal and Dropbox!
What do you like best about the product?
As a paralegal, having access to my work from anywhere is non-negotiable, and Dropbox delivers every time. Whether I’m in the office, at court, or working remotely, I can quickly pull up case files, pleadings, and exhibits without a hitch. The sync across devices is seamless, and I never have to worry about version control—everything stays organized and up to date. I especially appreciate the file request feature, which makes gathering records and documents from clients and providers simple and secure. Sharing folders with attorneys and coworkers is intuitive and keeps collaboration running smoothly. Dropbox also offers peace of mind with its strong encryption and recovery options. It’s become an essential part of my workflow, saving me hours of unnecessary back-and-forth. If you’re in the legal field or any role that demands constant, reliable access to files, Dropbox is a must-have.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Dropbox is the user interface on the website—it feels a bit clunky and unintuitive at times. Navigating between folders or finding certain features isn’t always as smooth as it should be, especially when I’m in a rush.

5. Document Collection – The file request feature allows clients and third parties to upload documents directly to your folders, reducing turnaround time.
6. Security – Dropbox provides encryption and access controls to keep sensitive client data protected.
7. Backup and Recovery – It automatically backs up your work and lets you recover accidentally deleted files—crucial for legal deadlines.
