Dropbox is a great storage and file-sharing solution for my business!

  • February 13, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like being able to work on files from any device. This has been especially key for collaborative design and marketing work with clients. I also really like the seamless integration with my Mac desktop/native file storage and folders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to make linked files accessible without downloading them from the cloud first - for example in Illustrator or InDesign, when images/etc are linked and I receive a packaged working file, I have to make sure all linked assets are downloaded before they can be linked in the project I'm working on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves my need to share large files with clients, to work collaboratively on documents and projects, and to back up all client work. It saves me a ton of time to have it all in one program.
