Easy and Convenient
What do you like best about the product?
The organization and pricing compared to the amount of storage we get. We use Dropbox everyday for work and I use it personally to back up my photos.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no downside you can do everything!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is solving the issue of getting big files and photos to our clients with the sizing intact. If we try to email or text them over they either don't send or are reduced in size.
Overall good experience it just used to be better priced for the amount of storage you receive

I love how fluid the Dropbox software is throughout the different devices I use. I am able to use it at work, at home, and on the go from my phone.
The software is streamlined, and is user-friendly. The accessibility is great, and allows teamwork to happen with the projects I work on.
I use it every day, and rely on the apps daily.

Been Using For Years - Plan to Use For Many More
What do you like best about the product?
I love that dropbox not only keeps all of your documents in a secure location, but that it keeps VERSIONS of your work. I once was subject to the blue screen of death, losing work I had been laboring over for the past 48 hours nonstop with an imminent due date. I thought all was lost, but it turns out that Dropbox not only periodically auto-saves, but you can bring up past versions of your work. I recovered almost everything I lost, but I now use this feature frequently if I change my mind on certain wording/content I've used before, but can no longer remember.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they need a little wider spacing between tiers. At least at the prices they're charging. But it's overall a great service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure backup and housing of documents.
super secure and peace of mind
What do you like best about the product?
that it's secure. I love that I can make some things available off line for when we are traveling. It saves on my phone memory.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it doesn't have a pop up when you save something that says something like "Would you like this available off line?" To remind me. Sometimes I forget then I'm traveling and can't see what I saved cause I didn't make it available off line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Super secure way of having things available to me while traveling without having them on my phone
Dropbox is a great file storage solution
What do you like best about the product?
I find that Dropbox is the premier go-to solution for file storage. Whether the files are professional, images, music, movies, or just personal files, there is a solution. I like that files can be segregated into independent folders and folder content can be shared without compromising other unrelated information. I find it much easier that other storage and sharing solutions. My only suggestion would be the ability to create hidden folders.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be a challenge to “unshare” a folder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transportability of files across networks
Easy way to manage your digital files in the cloud
What do you like best about the product?
I like how effortless it is to use in all platforms. It is easy to forget that you are using a third party software, as it is very much drag and drop on both Windows and Mac, with the iOS app also being very easy to manoeuvre
What do you dislike about the product?
The service does come with a subscription price tag, though there is a limited free offering
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it possible for me to share content with my co-workers and clients alike
Great Cloud Storage
What do you like best about the product?
I can access my documents from anywhere, my desktop, laptop or phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to figure out how to do things with files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Central repository for my work documents accessible from different places.
Employment Search
What do you like best about the product?
I feel I owe Dropbox for helping me show my portfolio to employers who have very limited file upload sizes. I am unemployed now but will definitely throw Dropbox a bone $$$ when I get a job. Dropbox Fax also came in handy when I was surprised by fax requests from state government departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better/bigger/more visible warning before sending an editable file link out to strangers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overcoming very limited file size uploads on job applications.
Perfect for File Storage & Sharing!
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is easy to use, easy to connect into my file drive for easy access, and easy to share files with my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't name files with a "." at the start, this caused me to lose a lot of files upon implementation and it's a way that I used to organize my important docs that I now need to find a way around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is providing me with a cloud based storage system for my company documents. It's secure and provides secure file sharing as well!
