Dropbox has made storage and sharing a breeze!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to store, share and access files from anywhere even without my computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little bit pricey! The cost could come down a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing of files without having to carry my laptop with me everywhere.

if someone is using a free account and is out of space, sometimes this affects the way they can access my account

Dropbox, the pioneer and versatile cloud sharing
What do you like best about the product?
I rember started using dropbox in macOS as defacto sharing software between my local folders and their cloud. They are pioneers in this cloud file sharing. Since then, they still having excellent quality, affordable prices, security, flexibility and ease of use. Now woth their API, you can put it to work beyond the basics by centralizing your cloud sharing among custom apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
More segmented security features to work in as an administrator of a dropbox teams. Expand APIs to be used anywhere and redesign the developer admin panel with more segmented functions to control to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I managed to centralized my team folder system in a control manner and more affordable than other cloud services. Dropbox still being a standard on this Industry.
Good but expensive
What do you like best about the product?
Synchronisation through all my different devices. Backing up my photos. Possibility to share my files.
What do you dislike about the product?
The very high price of the subscription.

I didn't have any problems before and I don't have them still...
Excellent but expensive service
What do you like best about the product?
That it synchronizes easily over several computers, phones, and tablets, and the synchronization is fast. It just works.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot upgrade my single-user subscription to more capacity without being obliged to take out a team subscription. I don't work in fixed teams; I work alone.

I like that it makes it easy to sent large files

Sometimes uploading different files or folders is sometimes confusing depending on how they are set up on the computer

I send blueprints to vendors. sometimes the files are too large to just attach them to the email so dropbox solves that problem

What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful; easy to share and see all permissions. Really clear folder system and layout. I wish there was a more organized Home Screen as I use Dropbox for multiple projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how the popup when you click either does half view or fillscreen view: I want to be able to preview files.

Great for sharing large files and sharing illustrator files- difficult to email
Gets the job done
What do you like best about the product?
The Dropbox service is stable. I've had very few issues with either the Windows integration or the iOS app. The document scanning feature in the mobile app is very helpful. I use Dropbox on a daily basis, and overall, it does a great job.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback with Dropbox is lack of integration with Office and other Microsoft services. There is no form of real-time collaboration capability. This can lead to multiple copies of the same document, if two people start working on something at the same time.
