Game changer
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has been a game-changer for our pool service business. We love how simple it is to share files with our team, clients, and partners. It’s made our workflow smoother and helps us stay organized. Highly recommend for any service-based business!

The limited storage can be difficult if you have a lot of files and data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefits our company by allowing us to transfer files and data easily to other teams we work with.
Best platform for sharing large video files
What do you like best about the product?
Besides the ability to share files and folders with clients, uploading videos directly to Dropbox preserves the quality of the images that can become distorted on other platforms. This is especially important to me when sharing large video files with my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a feature that allowed you to scroll through a series of photos instead of having to open each file individually. Also, I wasn't impressed with the instructions that accompanied an invitation from one of my clients to join their "team." I didn't realize it would cancel my subscription and move all of my folders into their account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I discovered that video content I uploaded to other platforms often distorted the quality. I haven't had that problem since switching to Dropbox.
I recommend Dropbox for personal and professional use.

I can easily share files and documents with someone who lives in another state.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am working with medical information and question the security in regards to HIPAA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I provide contract work remotely for a psychologist in another state. She can upload the documents I need to review, I can add documents and share them easily, and it's easy for either of us to edit or manipulate the doctors and folders shared between us.
Favorite backup system
What do you like best about the product?
As a writer, I absolutely love having Dropbox as a way to back up all my files. I don't have to worry about losing anything, I can access from the app or any device. It gives me so much peace of mind, especially when I got a new laptop and had to transfer a bunch of files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. I have loved Dropbox for YEARS.

It provides worry-free storage and the opportunity to share files to anyone who needs them without worrying about sending large files through email.
Convenient and relatively user-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Able to store important documents and forms for everybody in the office to view and share accordingly. It also helps to store important files required for the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The storage is limited, and you need to pay extra to expand it.
The interface could also be a tad bit more user-friendly, especially when sharing information with another client.

The Best File Management From Device to Desktop
What do you like best about the product?
I love that all of my files are available no matter where I am. If my computer crashes, my phone gets lost, it doesn't matter. I can simply login and have access to everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the search function is lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox makes it easy to share files to multiple users, work and update the files seamlessly without laggy servers. It always functions quickly and rarely has down time.
Been using Dropbox for years
What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox to transfer files to clients and vendor partners. Oftentimes, the files are ginormous. But they always transfer smoothly. Even when the person I’m sending stuff to doesn’t have Dropbox, I’m able to transfer relatively successfully. I also like that I can store files in Dropbox. It acts as a secondary backup system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes get impatient with how long it takes to upload large files. Occasionally, I have to transfer in another way because the client doesn’t have or know Dropbox.
