Dropbox for teams collaborating online
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to upload, change/edit documents, add poeple to shared files and access folders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be difficult to grant edit access to folders for users with free accounts because of storage size limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
enabling realtime access to same documents, ensuring continuity when editing to prevent information loss or duplicative work
Reliable File Storage
What do you like best about the product?
I love how there's a history of file updates in case you need to go back to a prior draft. I also enjoy sharing my workstation with others and dropbox makes it easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any major downsides. But I do think Dropbox should get involved or link up with Canva or maybe Google slides so that things are integrated more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to share work with colleagues and partners to keep things organized and up-to-date.
I use it to upload all my college assignments because it's so much easier that way.

how simple and quick and easy it is to use.

There's nothing negative about Dropbox. I like everything about it.

Easy to browser through the files
What do you like best about the product?
I like how organized it is. It is very easy to find the files I need at any given point in time using the search feature. I also like how you can see the activity in a given file.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't use it as frequently so I don't have much negative feedback. The features I use often are very good and I never faced much difficulties in my work using Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it very easy to share files with external parties. Other technologies like Google Drive have permission issues. Dropbox's search functionality is also better and it is very easy to find the files you need.

Super quick and simple! The site is also great for user friendliness.

A help function would be beneficial. Overall quality is good though

I use Dropbox to send over files to fellow music creators.

Generally responsive and has saved my data multiple times. But interface clunky and hard to organise

Works really well, especially when sharing files cross domain. Plus the comment function is great.

Comment updates and that notification to shared users who have the access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sync at times has a pauses and should flag say red.

Using Dropbox for my podcast
What do you like best about the product?
Being a podcaster, I find Dropbox to be very simple user friendly tool to navigate my various vocal tracks and scripts.I like the fact that the encyrption is excellent for protecting my data. Hosting a weekly show, I can not afford to have my data ruined. I like how easy it is to interfact with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Having it sync to all my devices is a major plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
My major issue is the cost. I use the basic free plan with stores only 2 GB. Paying the expanded plan is not in my budget at this moment.

The ease of sorting my various files is a plus.
