Solid competitor
What do you like best about the product?
Works well with Dropbox overall, it is nice to have the integration to be able to start the signature process right out of Dropbox itself. Definitely easier than logging into another website and having to upload everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't seem quite a robust as Docusign and doesn't have the recognition just yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing the need for printing, signing, and mailing socuments.

Simple and easy!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Dropbox sign is how user-friendly it is! Everything is clear and easy to find. I send all kinds of documents for signature with no problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the bulk signing option were available for lower-tier customers. That is the only thing that I'm missing with our current account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox sign lets us get documents signed in a fully remote setting easily and quickly.
Very easy to use. Extremely convenient. Well priced.

Very simple to add/edit documents for signatures and initials.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the box sizes are difficult to adjust and snap back to their original size.

Less paper contracts.
This is a great website to use for clients.

It doesn't let clients fill in all the boxes.

I don't think dropbox is resolving any problems that we have.
Easy to operate and quickly execute client agreements, saves me time and helps seal the deal fast!

Intuitive and simple to use, makes executive agreements simple, great reminders for those pending signature.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints, works well for me for my purposes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No longer have to deal with in person meetings to get a signature nor do I have to wait on emails to be exhanged with docs having to be printed, signed scanned, and signed again by the other party etc.
I like HelloSign, would recommend keeping the name
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox sign is fine because Hellosign is a great product. I create landscaping contracts on a weekly basis, and this tool allows me to churn them out effortlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would advise that the name and landing page be kept as Hellosign, as "Dropbox Sign" in the search bar regularly takes users to "Dropbox sign in," or to a Dropbox Sign advertisement page that does not have a readily available login. From a UX/SEO perspective, the name change is not ideal
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hellosign, I don't need to worry about creating cumbersome text boxes on pdfs. I also love being able to select my email to receive a copy of each contract I send out, and I enjoy receiving updates of who's signed along the way.
Some hiccups.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's a platform for getting legally binding signatures with little muss or fuss. It's very user-friendly and seems optimized for those of us with accessibility issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've never been able to figure out how to set up templates, and customer support hasn't been very helpful. In early transition Dropbox Sign has been a bit buggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company requires a lightweight, low-cost alternative to traditional "wet-ink" signatures, scanning and uploading. Dropbox Sign sure helps. I'm able to do my job more efficiently and effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to send over confidential documents with ease electronically. Able to quickly send without any issues and having the reminders set is also very helpful because it's added on top of their inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when it takes a while for the documents to upload, rarely but it does happen on occasion.

Sending documents via signature electronically with ease to the appropriate people.
Efficient way to get documents signed!
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is a straightforward system for your business when you have documents that need to be signed. It's great to be able to create templates for documents that you frequently use. Very clear instructions that make it simple for your clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anythings that I dislike about Dropbox.

It is so easy to use as an administrator. It is very intuitive. It is easy for people who get sent a document to sign.

Sometimes people say they don't receive the document the first time i send it. So ihave to resend the document multople times
