Affordable, efficient and user friendly option for digital signatures
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to use! Just upload your document(s) then fill in with signature, initials or date wherever you need and send it off. I typically use this to sign and send documents, but this can be used to receive additional signatures as well. It’s easy to use and has been a reliable business tool for my freelance and personal business. I especially love that it is my actual signature and not a scripted font.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with everything else in your budget, cheaper is always better. I use the unlimited plan, because I never know how many documents I’ll need to sign each month. Would be great to have some additional levels of options for monthly fee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save time and money using HelloSign. No need to print, sign and scan or fax or mail, everything can be done from any computer no matter where I am located at the time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I use HelloSign for personal use as part of my own business as a freelancer and independent contractor. When o started I was using the free plan, but slowly needed to add more signatures each month and upgraded to a pay plan. It is easy to use and meets my needs for signing and sending contracts, time sheets and other business documents.

Business Use of HelloSign
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to upload documents into HelloSign, and to mark what needs to be signed/initialed/dated. I also like that I am able to quickly toggle between people, and the tasks assigned to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had just a few instances when larger files took a few tries to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LOVE that I don't have to print anything!

What do you like best about the product?
So easy to use. It keeps your updated on everything. Perfect for property managers during this time. Eliminate contact with people, very easy to use. I love that anyone can use it! The templates are easy to follow and easy to edit a document and resend. Great program all the way around. I am so glad that we came across this program during this pandemic. People love the convenience of it. I love that you can send it to each and every person with an email address. They can sign into their email and use it. I like that I can download our leases directly from the system and upload them to my computer in stead of printing them off and then scanning them into the computer. It just saves so much time and I think this product is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to log in fast. I hate that I have to log in each time. It's not too big of an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have noticed that I do not have to have people come into the office just to do paperwork.We use it to sign leases and it help tremendously. I can send to each person on the lease without any contact.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it! It's amazing and have suggested it to so many people! It's so simple, don't think just do. It's very fast and quick to get any amount of work done! We use it for multiple properties from Southern United States to upper US. I promise that you will not be disappointed in this product. It's so simple to just add a bookmark to your page, log in and be good to go. It logs you in with your gmail account so you don't have to remember a bunch of password just your email account. My advice to to go for it. There is a trial that you can get to see if it works for you but I promise you that it will.

The navigation is not super intuitive and it takes too many clicks to reach the document i'm seeking.

Great Pricing! Easy to use and have not had any issues with it. (UPDATE: raised the prices now a 6)
What do you like best about the product?
The price is better than any other online doc signing I found. It has all the major things you would look for such as updates, keeping records of the docs, ease of use, templates, editing documents you may need to change and resend, getting finalized copies emailed to all parties, adding "CC's" or people to view the documents that are not signers, and adding comments/instructions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish I got just a little more as far as features for the cheaper account. I would really like to have more templates and be able to have other users in the cheaper account but it is available in the more expensive package. I think that for the price though it is very fair the features they offer. Another tip is I wish the boxes lined up better once you send the document(the same way you line them up when you create it) and also if the system could recognize the lines and input the boxes automatically that would be nice. Sometimes when I upload documents in word format they end up being longer than the original(IE if they were 1 page they might end up being 2 pages). These are small and minor dislikes though so all in all take it with a grain of salt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is so much easier to get documents signed now and I am able to do most everything online. This program is easy and I can keep a record of all my signed documents in the system as well as getting signing updates or copies of finished contracts to my email as well as other signer's emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is probably worth it to pay for the more expensive version if you can afford it. Having multiple templates to get signed is a really good feature if you get a lot of different contracts signed regularly.
Easy to use and reliable program for a new business owner
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I just log in, choose who I need to sign, load the document and adding the text boxes and such are so user friendly!

What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t really have any dislikes, only thing I would like to be able to do it put a deadline on the contracts. Like it’s only available for 3 days etc. But I’m sure this probably is an option and I just haven’t figured out how to use it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I started out using a paper contract that I would email and have them scan back or take a photo.... it goes without explaining... HelloSign has made my life so much easier.
I also find the process of obtaining clients, getting deposits, and finalizing their contracts is so much quicker this way than trying to get them to scan them or fax them etc.

Smooth contract process
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy saving contracts as template! I also really like how I can sign at the click of button. It streamlines the whole contract signing process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. It’s a pretty good product. I’d like to maybe update my contacts but there’s probably a way to do that. I just haven’t found it yet!

It creates a smooth workflow from end to end for sending contracts out.
Superb Service - Couldn't Run My Business Without It
What do you like best about the product?
Makes contract signing incredibly easy even across borders. I've been using HelloSign for years now and wouldn't switch.

I have no complaints, HelloSign does everything I need it to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run a freelance consultancy and use HelloSign to ensure that I deliver contracts that can be signed anywhere in the world but which deliver a binding relationship. This is very tricky using snail mail, fax or e-mail but the electronic signing process makes this very easy and allows my customers to feel confident in our relationship.

Just give it a try - it's so easy to get started with it.

What do you like best about the product?
When the pandemic hit, we needed a program that allowed our customers to quickly sign a document that was time sensitive. We tried Adobe Sign and DocuSign first. Both those programs requires the recipient to create an account, which was either cumbersome or the recipient didn't know how to do that. We then tried Hello Sign and it's a breeze. The recipient doesn't have to create an account on HelloSign, they just sign and hit OK and that's it. This is what a digital signature application should do!
What do you dislike about the product?
We do have issues printing signed documents from a Mac. Seems to print w/o issues on Windows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem is not being able to print the document from Mac OS.
