Overall good, could be better
What do you like best about the product?
Large file transfers, syncing several devices, desktop app easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
vault being taken away, website clunky and awkward, not having the same options for file management in the desktop app as in the website -- the website isn't user-friendly but has a wider variety of highly useful right-click menu actions that I wish were in the desktop version.

Very easy to access my files from anywhere, any device. Sometimes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was one of the original users. All my iPhones, iPads, and laptops could connect. Sadly, when I migrate from an old device to a new device, I lose my ability to connect as DropBox believes I have exceeded my device limit (which was supposed to be grandfathered in for me)

Mainly the connection needed to upload but this is due to the slow internet in our country.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. We use it to compartmentalize data by user.

I sometimes have trouble setting up permissions for my staff. But that's a me problem.

Securely sharing information. Instead of emailing back and forth, I can share securely with a link or shared access.
Perfect tool for backup of all our projects, plenty of space and possibilities.

The automatisations, offline mod, overview. Ease of use and integration.

Sometimes the suggestions, no need for them, so I would like to have an option to switch them off.

It just works no bs when sharing or using it.

Always telling me to up grade. I'm happy with what I've got and I haven't actually run out of space so chill db.

The basic plan only offers 2 GB to store.

I like the ease of use of dropbox and it consistenly works amazing

The Pricing structure stinks, An account for Small Businesses should be more affordable and for the Basic Price you should offer more Terabytes. at least 5TB Come on Guys we are in 2025 not 2005 disk space is more abundant these days. The Reason I don't use a different Service is I trust The DROPBOX BRAND. You need to overhaul your pricing structure
