Dropbox allows me to be more efficient!
What do you like best about the product?
Without Dropbox, I would be carrying around flash drives which are not always reliable. It also allows for the sharing of files which is a lifesaver.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a downside! It meets all of my needs. I have a personal and work account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud service allowing me to work from any device and share files.

I can access my files offline; file upload and download are superfast.

The basic plan has minimal storage. At least 10GB would be great for users on a basic plan.

As a musician, Dropbox helps me to share large, important files easily, quickly and securely.
Easy and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
I makes it easy to share documents with other businesses or attorney offices and you know your information is safe. You can just link thier email and it will send a notification that there are documents ready to be viewed. It's simple and not overcomplicated so even a novice user can figure it out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to locate the specific boxyou are looking for when you have multiple businesses or people you are sharing documents with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None that I am aware of.

I used Dropbox when filming a group documentary. It was great for a sharing video between other editors and I.

The mobile interface for Dropbox can be a bit difficult on phone. It is hard to find files sometimes.

The auto sync feature. It works charm. I used premium for 1 year which had 15gb limit pre covid. But later our company moved to Google offering 2tb space so then dropbox became occasional app

Basic Plan has only 2gb which is very less, also Plan options needs to improvise
