DROPBOX IS A GAME CHANGER
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly. Allows for a seamless and efficient flow of documents. I like that I can retrieve docs on my phone as well. Very easy to install and implement into our system. I haven't needed Customer Support yet so I can't speak to that. I frequently use this app both on my laptop and phone. Great tool!!

I would like to see it integrated with a PDF format.

It allows for us to download and send files that are to large to send without being in a link.

The capability to be a doc placeholder and facilitate in house created software processes

I wish it had an exchange server connection

Having a placeholder for documents when sending for e-signature in bulk; avoiding paying exhorbitant fees for engagement letter software

My coworker and I can share files so we don't have to email documents back and forth.
Great tool for collaborating and sharing files
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to access my files from any device. The syncing is super smooth, and sharing stuff with others is really straightforward. It just makes organizing and collaborating a lot less stressful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan doesn’t give you much storage, which can be annoying if you have bigger files. Plus, some of the more useful features are only available if you pay for a subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox makes it way easier to keep all your files in one place instead of digging through emails or switching between apps. It’s super handy for working with others because u can share files, leave comments, and collaborate in real-time without the constant back-and-forth.
Dropbox allows me to move seamlessly through my devices and connect files to clients through links
What do you like best about the product?
Love the way I can use it as an alternative desktop for my active files. The Platform is very easy to use.

The only thing I can think of extended notifications.

What do you like best about the product?
I can just drag and drop and bingo, it's ready to be accessed by myself or anyone I let have access. Beauty for documents and mp3 files I need for my audio productions. Excellent!

There is nothing to dislike! Everything about this program is specificly designed for ease of use.
