Easy and quick
What do you like best about the product?
The ability of easy use and straight forward makes it great for our business. No time taken up having to search or read on how to do things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if multiple access is given through one company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to send out multiple files and with ease keep up with those as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Honestly just give it a chance you will find out how much you will like it.

Getting clients to sign documents faster. Speeds up my approval process when funding loans for businesses.
Simple and excellent Product
What do you like best about the product?
Hellosign is simple and easy to use. I used the product's free service for several years as my business needs grew I knew I would simply upgrade to meet my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there is nothing I dislike about this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with clients that were very paper-based pre-Covid. Once offices were closed we needed a solution to ensure signatures and initials were on all the required documentation and the ability to track and upload these documents to our other remote platforms to meet Audit requirements. Adding Hellosign to our cloud-based platforms allowed us to ensure everything remained compliant. In fact, Moving to Hellosign made things much easier for us to work remotely and we will most likely continue with our new remote system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
simple to use. I would send a pre-email for new users to ensure they don't ignore the email sent from Hellosign. Once someone experiences it for the first time they will be able to continue to use it with ease.

HelloSign has made signing contracts very simple, straightforward, and easy for me as a business owner to make sure things are followed up on quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't any features I dislike about hello sign. It has been really helpful for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've not been having any problems with hello sign. The benefits I've realized if quick delivery of contracts, the ease of keeping up with what is left for the contracts that haven't been fully executed.

Effective and Efficient Digital Signature Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, fluid UI and UX and professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some mail services reject the auto email when sending.

Helps me with business signatures.

Very easy to use and great for all size organizations that need digital signature capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Hello Sign makes it simple to add document and enter appropriate fields for signature, date, etc. I've enjoyed using this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike - I'm just not aware if Hello Sign integrates with google suite or copper CRM. That would be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many new agreements that we need to sign with clients and partners. We are a small company (under 10 employees). Hello Sign makes life it easier. Contracts are signed much faster. Love this tool!

I wish there was an Android app as useful as the website.

My company has been using paper contracts for a while. If a customer calls back to move forward with a sale, we'd have to drive back to manually fill out the paperwork. Once I started using hellosign, I've been able to email contracts without the need of wasting hours of drive time. The extra time has allowed us to generate more sales.

Hello Sign is so easy to use. I like the ability to use it as a PDF filler and it doesn't require me to sign something for each session.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish they offered more templates and did not set a limit on this.

I am able to send documents much quicker to my clients!
