Reliable, easy for clients to use - my favorite product
What do you like best about the product?
I love HelloSign's interface. It's truly intuitive. I also appreciate their continual improvements to the system. My clients have never asked a single question about how to handle their e-documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides. It does what I want it to every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems. I love the efficiency of using HelloSign. Uploading a contract and setting it up is super easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HelloSign is reliable, easy-to-use, and easy for clients to use. It's interface is intuitive and easily followed. I've never had a problem with it.

Good but some glitches
What do you like best about the product?
It’s very easy to upload documents. I like that I can see when the recipient has received the files.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of clicking and re-sizing. Also I was blocked one month because it said I had used my limit, and I had not used the service at all that month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is way easier and faster to sign documents. It’s great when I am traveling. You don’t need a printer!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Your signed documents are all in one place, since it saves copies for you.
So helpful! Perfect for our small business.

Easy, reliable, and the audit trail. Never had any trouble so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could merge two accounts. A bit disappointing.

Very helpful while working from with people in other places. Having an audit trail is especially helpful, and the ability to save templates for multiple uses.

Save yourself the trouble of shopping around, or using complicated programs or editing software. This has everything in place for getting your documents signed, and integrates with your Google Drive easily.

I love how easy it is to request online signatures

Honestly I dont have any complaints it works well and I enjoy using the product

No longer need to print and wait for it to be signed rescanned and submitted by email or fax

You wont regret it super easy on both ends

What do you like best about the product?
They have great options to upload templates to use multiple times. It is a great experience for the administrator as well as for the person receiving the docs to sign. Really easy to search and find old docs as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It works really well if anything I would say that sometimes it is hard to make the text look exactly like I want when I am using the templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hellosign to send out all docs that require a signature. It is great to be able to see when someone has view a doc vs signed and where the doc is getting hung up.

There wasn't anything I disliked about HelloSign.

HelloSign solved the problem of the inconvenience of having to have an important document signed prior to work being done. I have realized that all legal documents can be reviewed and signed quickly and easily so that work could begin right away instead of having to wait.

Audit log capabilities allowed us to downsize to 1 document signature and template service.

I love the fact that HelloSign gives cues on where to sign.

I don't have a digital pen so creating your signature digitally is a challenge

I love the fact that HelloSign gives cues on where to sign. Makes it difficult to miss any place on the document where a signature is required

Ease of use. Anyone can figure out how to upload, review, and send documents for signature within a matter of minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you edit and resend a document it would be nice if it automatically canceled the initial document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to get documents signed electronically within a matter of minutes rather than having someone print, sign, scan and email back a hard copy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's much easier than using AdobeSign.
Solid Experience and Excellent Price Point
What do you like best about the product?
There's a lot of simplicity to the system, which makes it easy to navigate
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind, I really enjoy using the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a remote workplace, so getting physical signatures would be extremely challenging. This solves that problem.
