Remarkable software, well design and implemented for digital document signatures
What do you like best about the product?
The handling of documents and elements inside of it is pretty good, its word parser is great, it is very easy to use and you don't need a background knowledge of any kind to make the most of this tool. Digitally signing documents and contracts is quite good due to the efficiency of its features with no complexity in order to maintain that ease of its use at all times. Handling large amounts of documents is a task that Hellosign does without any problem, pushing files as fast as you can type and make the changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The structure is a bit messy, you can not see a clear division for grouping documents according to different types of filters that can be applied to get around them and find the one you are looking for quickly. Something I didn't like was the customer support offered by this software as it leaves a lot to be desired, from the moment you try to contact one of its staff members to the solution of your problem, their answers are usually not correct which is really frustrating at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having software that can digitally sign documents and push them to the department or place where they need to be sent is really important for my work, in the department where I work we receive a lot of files every day which must be reviewed, edited, signed and quickly sent to respective destination, thanks to Hellosign we have been able to complete large assignations and proposed goals at the end of the week, without a doubt it is the best digital signature and document distribution tool I have ever used.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hellosign is an application that any type of user could use without any problem since it performs what is designed in a simple and straight way, which is really a productivity boost for an entire team or user who works individually. Among its strengths is the before mentioned, its simplicity and at the same time a solid performance throughout all its functions, also highlights the collaboration that brings to the table, improving the group participation which is very important to have at all times.

Easy to use and meet the expectatives but lack in customer support
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps its functions simple without adding unnecessary steps to accomplish a given task this causes the productivity of users using this software to increase satisfactorily helping to finish projects faster and in a more Efficient. Options to sign documents and at the same time keep track of these is an excellent feature as it allows to receive a feedback on how the document is used or if modifications have been made.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is terrible, very long response times as well as not providing you with adequate solutions to your issues. If you are forced to contact customer support you must have a lot of patience and at the same time seek help in other means since there will be times when you will not have an ayu reliable from your staff or worse you won't get any response at all. The search function is not well implemented as important results are skipped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The great benefit of this platform is that it allows you to track documents that have been signed, plus it is a great way to have them stored in the cloud to be shared. I use this program from Greece, and signed documents can be easily registered according to European or American regulations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hellosign is a good tool to sign pdf documents with a set of pretty average features, among the differences it presents with DocuSign, for example, is that they constantly push updates to the point that it bothers by the recurrence of them. Hellosign is priced much more attractive than others, so it makes it a more viable option if you evaluate their quality price ratio. The two have decent support for various languages such as English, Chinese (HelloSign), Greek, Danish among others.
Great Integration with Clio Manage for Law Firm Practice Management
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is integrated with Clio (our practice management software) and it works very well. Our clients like the ease of signing documents and the integration/follow up sending of copies to both us and clients is seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything that we dislike about HelloSign

Getting documents signed by our clients and getting them returned to us and copies for the clients quickly and without any issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Due to its easy handling it is not necessary to be a user with extensive technical knowledge to be able to use it, it is not necessary to do any type of training it is enough to navigate its functions and options to be able to understand its operation without any problem. The opportunity for Hellosign to digitally sign documents and contracts is quite remarkable due to the efficiency of its features without overdoing complexity in order to maintain that ease of use at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
The document repository is a bit disorganized in its structure, it doesn't have a clear way to sort to find specific documents. Templates are somewhat limited and offer no option to combine several into one. Customer support is not at all responsive, there were times when I gave up and I had to look for tutorials on the internet to solve my problem, something also difficult to find since there is also not much support material on the internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this program you will be able to digitally sign your documents, without any impediment or extra steps so it is really a solid option for you and your company. Since it is an application that its available on mobile devices, saves you a lot of work in offices and companies and even have the ability to send link to the people you want you to sign in the document without the need to move anywhere. As a personal tutor myself my work has been simplified in an incredible way, it allows me to review documents immediately once they get into my email, being able to sign them once i have reviewed them and send them to their corresponding recipient.

I highly recommend this app for any user or company who needs to sign documents simply and efficiently without introducing such an obvious learning curve since Hellosign has as its main strength its simplicity and solid performance. Collaboration between colleagues and colleagues is strongly influenced in a positive way as they promote an environment of participation and teamwork at all times.
Electronic signature compatible with EU regulations
What do you like best about the product?
My company is based in UK and we need to follow eIDAS regulation. HelloSign compatible with eIDAS and we use it for our daily agreement signing, storing and sharing. It is easy to use for all parties of agreement. Also preparing documents for e-sign is easy and creating signable document templates are fun in Hellosign.
What do you dislike about the product?
The iOS application still have iphone 6 scale, it needs to be updated for new iphones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily paperworks such as agreement sharing to parties, getting parties' signatures and storing those agreements on HelloSign.
Useful e-sign product available on market
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign helps on our daily document signing by its easy electronically sign feature. As I am located in Europe, HelloSign’s eIDAS regulation compability makes it best solution for my legal needs. Creating documents for e-signing and sharing these documents to the parties of agreement is easy as a piece of cake.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their iOS app have not been updated for a long time. It is still working perfectly, but it needs to be re-scaled for bigger screens at least.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our daily agreement signing between parties became easier with HelloSign. In particular, as we have lots of international parties, HelloSign becomes vital for us.

What do you dislike about the product?
Le prix est plus élevé par rapport aux méthodes plus manuelles. La valeur peut ne pas en valoir la peine pour ceux qui ne créent pas beaucoup de documents qui nécessitent des signatures. Pour certaines personnes qui ne connaissaient pas HelloSign ou les documents signés numériquement, nous rencontrions des problèmes pour utiliser les documents HelloSign.

Tous mes contrats et accords nécessitent des signatures sécurisées sur tous les documents signés via HelloSign; en fait, je n'utilise rien d'autre à cette fin. J'adore la façon dont HelloSign traite les adresses IP en tant que couche de sécurité supplémentaire pour que vous sachiez que la signature est valide et réelle et pour que vous ayez l'esprit tranquille.

What do you like best about the product?
It is not very expensive especially in comparison to docusign.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you aren't sending it directly to the person who's going to sign, it's a nightmare. Often I work with regional managers, who have to get it signed by their CEO/CFO.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's arguably better than just sending a PDF contract.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need something cost effective, it's worth a try. I find it clunky and "better than nothing" isn't necessarily the best compliment.
Watch out for billing problems and really bad customer service.
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign has been our document signing software for over 3 years. We have been fairly satisfied until just recently when we ran into problems with their customer service team.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a billing problem where a partner's old credit card was still incurring monthly charges even though we paid on a yearly basis. Even though they saw that there was no activity on that account, they refused to credit us. When I asked to escalate the issue, I was told by their Director of Customer Success that he was the highest I could go. Either be super careful of your charges OR go with Dropbox, Adobesign or eversign.

What do you like best about the product?
A very simple tool to use and provides clear visibility into the documents you send.
What do you dislike about the product?
We really wanted to utilize the API but it ended up being too expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting contracts signed quicker and having full visibility into the status of a document. You can see when I document has been sent, viewed, signed, etc.

If you are looking for an e-signature software that is easy to implement then give HelloSign a try.
