Dropbox: A Useful but Sometimes Unnecessary Step for Sending Large Files
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Dropbox is free and that it allows me to send large files to clients who can't accept them via email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I usually prefer to send large files directly via email, so using Dropbox often feels like an additional step I’d rather avoid. However, it has become a 'necessary evil' when working with certain clients and businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox has been a valuable tool for my business, allowing us to share sensitive information and large files securely. I appreciate the secure environment it provides for our file sharing needs.
Great for Team File Sharing, but Free Storage Is Limited
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to have large files (especially image assets) easily accessible for multiple team members, regardless of the tech stack used. It's easy to use and implement, and we find ourselves using Dropbox daily to share our ongoing and finalized work internally and with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free version runs out of storage space quickly for someone in marketing/graphic design (we have extremely large files).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is helping us have a centralized location for our assets, both internally and for external clients. Anyone can access (don't need a company email address, like with some storage platforms). Additionally, Dropbox is intuitive and easy to use, which means I don't need to spend much time onboarding new users internally.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, works well in our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was able to quickly open the app and access my saved information without any trouble.
Dropbox: Simple File Access Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes it very easy to store and access my files from anywhere. I like how simple the interface. I can upload, share, and sync files across all my devices without any hassle. The automatic backup and file recovery features give me peace of mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the syncing process can be somewhat slow, particularly when dealing with large files or if the internet connection is weak.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to store all my important files securely in one place, making it simple to access them from any device. It eliminates the hassle of losing files or needing to carry USB drives with me.
Versatile and Easy to Organize, Minor Labeling Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how versatile it is, allowing me to store and organize just about anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain situations it was difficult to label things, but I don't think it was a Dropbox issue. It was more of the person waiting the files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't really use it for business, but it helps store and organize documents I need to save and send.
Reliable Cloud Storage with Top Security, but Pricey and Limited for Healthcare Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
It is a most trusted cloud storage and file sharing platform. It has real time file synchronisation across multiple devices. It has advanced security features including two factor authentication and encrypted transfers. Easy sharing and permission management also there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only one pain, it has higher cost. Limited compliance tools for sensitive healthcare data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used drop box in storing and sharing medical reports, lab results and patient documents. And authorised to access those to doctors, nurses and patients.
Great for Sharing Large Files, but Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
I use this service when I need to share large files that are too big to upload to my drive or send through email.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is quite high, and I would prefer not to pay for it. Additionally, I dislike the requirement to sign in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to share a large file, and this service proved helpful because uploading was straightforward and downloading from various computers was just as simple.
Simple interface and efficient synchronization, but limited free plan
What do you like best about the product?
Its simple interface and file synchronization between different devices is a distinguishing feature of Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price, at least at the time I used it, was not attractive, and the option to offer a free plan of only 2GB drove me away from the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access files from anywhere, back up securely, share large files, and team sharing
Great Storage Space, No Major Drawbacks
What do you like best about the product?
Storage space. It is more generous than other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when the offers end and the risk of losing space if you don't pay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it as a storage platform.
