Great utility

Only program I use for sending Contracts
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to create templates with Dropbox Sign. The templates are extremely helpful when you have multiple different campaigns running at the same time. I highly recommend it!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I would recommend differently. The name was a little confusing at first but for the most part, there really isn't any issues that I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox Sign benefits us in many ways, it is especially helpful with creating contracts and templates at ease. I also love using the google extensions feature to get things signed quicker.
Good way to get signature done
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with Hubspot is pretty good. Over a good way to get signature done efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to see an AI solution (ie: identify and sugest signature tags etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Signing online contract can be a painful exercice. Everyone should use a solution like Hellosign to maximise their time & credibility online. Overall very well made.

Integrates well into my Hubspot CRM and easy interface.

No app which forces me to use on my desktop.

Perfect for Online Coaches and Small Businesses!
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to use, the price is excellent, and I love that you can easily save templates! I run my own online coaching business and this has been a great tool to have clients sign agreements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike about dropbox sign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me the tools I need to accept online signatures, which is vital for my client agreements as an online fitness coach.

busy clients on the go can authorize with one finger
What do you dislike about the product?
it doesn't allow for attachments to be sent along with a contract! I regularly have that request for additional info SO iI end up sending one email

I have used HelloSign for years, and this appears to be very similar and I haven't had any issues.
What do you like best about the product?
It integrates with my business CRM. This makes it easy to send contracts to my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, I am not receiving email notifications and nobody quite knows why.

Making it easy for my clients to sign enrollment paperwork.

the template function made preparation and organization of doc prep and send to multiple parties a breeze

Love Dropbox Sign
What do you like best about the product?
I searched high and low for a platform that would allow me to generate multiple copies of the same template and Dropbox Sign allowed me to do just that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the basic plan allowed more than 5 templates. 10 would really be ideal.

It helps me keep all client intake forms organized. I love the link to the templates which automatically send to my clients.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
We switched over from a different service when we switched from Box to Drob Box as we loved the integration and ease of use for our clients. I like how easy it is to resend a document if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most frustrating thing is when I am sending out several documents to the same person for signature but are for separate clients. They are attached as separate documents but returned to me as one document that I then have to extract before I can upload to our files
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can quickly email documents to our clients rather than waiting for the law firms we are working with to sign and send to their client.
