Simple and effective!
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to sync specific folders and choose what I need on my desktop at a given time. I also like being able to share folders and control what people have access to.
What do you dislike about the product?
When syncing on the desktop, I don't like that you can't preview everything in a folder before syncing. It would be nice to always have the option to only sync the files I need, rather than the whole folder and then narrowing down after.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It frees up a lot of space and also makes it easy to collaborate and share files.

I like that dropbox help me store additional files and feel secured that they will always be there ! Safe !

There is absolutely nothing Inhate about dropox quite honestly.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how easy it is to maneuver and store things in Dropbox. All of my files and documents are safe and I never have to worry about anyone stealing my account or getting in. I'd recommend Dropbox to anyone who would like to know what it feels like to always have your files and documents safe at all times!

Nothing really, I've used it for quite some time now and it's always been very helpful.

It helps solve issues I've had in the past with other softwares when it comes to either editing or moving any files

Need to pay to get more than 2gb but most services offer 10gb for free.

It allows me to share files especially ones that are larger that can't be emailed.

I use Dropbox for the clear folder structure and with generous free storage space.

It isn't easy to access the platform syncing across multiple devices like laptop, tablet etc.

Does well in organizing files and folders and previews photos well.

It has a solid UI and organizers files and folders easily. I use it everyday at work and it's easy to use.

The emails can be a little annoying to deal with. Would like less of those.

I need access to stock images. A lot of our vendors use Dropbox and that is super helpful to have something familiar to work with.

I love an easy way to manage downloaded files for future reference.

I like that there are ways to share all different types of files, and that it can handle large files.

I found Dropbox to be very confusing to use. I had my wedding pictures and videos sent to me and I had a difficut time navigating Dropbox in order just to review them, share them to someone else, and then find them again after I left the page they were opened with.
After figuring it out(or so I thought) I was kicked out by the system for creating too much traffic and after clicking the link to be allowed back in, it wouldn't allow me and said I had been banned for good!! I couldn't look at my own wedding pictures anymore.
The only way I could get any help(after searching the site for a long time for the FAQ, a helpline, or email to contact Dropbox for help), was to start a conversation in the Dropbox community and then someone from Dropbox finally got in touch with me and did sommething on their end and all of a sudden I was able to get in again. The only way to receive any support was to upgrage, it was really frustrating.
I had never used Dropbox before so I had no idea how it worked or how to use it. I didn't have the funds to pay to upgrade just so I would have more space to share and upload, download, etc.
I love the idea of Dropbox, but I had a difficult time navigating it. That, and having to upgrade to be able to really get any use out of it are the main reasons why it wouldn't be my first coice to recommend to someone. If it had been easier for me to figure out and use, then I most likely would recommend.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to sync multiple devices and have access to your documents easily is great! I've been using Dropbox for years now and love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There used to be other ways to increase your storage size without purchasing - I wish this had not gone away. Customers want more options that to just pay more for the same service.

Dropbox solves the problem of not having my documents on all of my devices.
