Making Signing Documents Fun: HelloSign.
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign has made the contract execution process painless for my team. Our process used to take upwards of three months to get a contract reviewed, adjusted, and signed, and when time to sign is an important KPI, that is simply too long. With HelloSign, we have been able to cut that time down to a roughly three-week average from start to finish. The fact that you can send a document directly to who needs to sign it, and it automatically sends them reminders to sign is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a way to add people to a document who didn't need to sign, but would be beneficial to moving certain pieces along in the process. Currently, there is a limitation in the tool that only allows you to send to the people you need signatures from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign is helping my team hit important KPI's and aiding in increasing our ARR because we are spending less time messing with paperwork, and more time effectively managing our partnerships and creating high value for our customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is easy to use, provides timely updates to you and the required signers, and is a beautiful user experience. I would recommend that your team try the trial first as there may be certain limitations based on your size of your team or required contents you need from the signees.

What do you dislike about the product?
The email link that is sent out sometimes expires after you view it one time. I have never used their customer services, so not sure how that is. Other than that there isn't anything coming to mind about why I would dislike this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy way to get digital signatures for signed agreements for my clients/prospects
Speeds up the process for prospects to not have to wait for printing out an agreement and then scanning and reuploading it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to upload a document and format it for e-signatures and choose who the signers are. The document notifications are helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the hello sign and hello fax apps worked under the same login as part of one platform without having to log into two separate platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Occasionally we have a document that we have to send out for signature. This tool makes it easy for our front line team members to quickly get a signature on a document without having to go through our internal processes and normal systems. It puts power back into our employees' hands and saves them time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When looking for an e-signature platform, think about how easy it is to use the system. HelloSign really does make signing documents electronically an easy experience.
Easiest Way To Sign Documents Without Printing & Scanning Them First
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way I can insert my signature without the need to print out a document, sign it, then scan it before emailing it. I save myself a trip to FedEx (as I don't own a printer), where I would spend a few cents or dollars on a paper which needed to be signed, then scanning it onto my thumb drive (which would cost more money), then returning to my home office to upload and email the signed documents (as I would not want to spend any more money at FedEx). In short, it's free for the first three documents per month (a limit I've yet to exceed), which saves me time and money sending signed documents to every concerned party who needs them. Also saves a few trees and paper, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too thrilled that I would need to pay in order to sign more than three documents a month. Thankfully, I've yet to reach that point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to sign and email contracts and W-9s with my freelance clients. HelloSign takes care of the signature issue, saving me a trip to FedEx (I don't own a printer).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Inexpensive, especially if you only need to sign documents three times or less per month. Simply scan your signature, upload it to HelloSign, then drop it onto the document in need of signing. No printers needed, no paper wasted, no trees needlessly cut down.
NDA Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I would have to send 25 NDA's on a daily basis. Having the template for quick easy NDA signings have saved hours of repeated annoyance. Also, being able to view and fill out a form that someone has sent me, and just reatttach it to the same email has been a blessing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of any dislikes at the moment. Pretty happy with the interface and user friendliness of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining documents that need to be filled, sent, reviewed, signed, and filed away.

I love that it's free to just sign a few documents a month.

There isn't anything I dislike so far. It's easy to set up and the workflow is great.

Simple. Just works. No more FedEx Kinkos.

Need to send a fax? Take a picture or scan or save doc as pdf. Upload to HelloFax enter the fax number, write a cover page directly in the app...dobe. Saved easily 1.5 hours of my time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Works perfectly. I am very happy with the cost and time savings I have

No capital investment to send faxes. Great pay as you go model that beats Kinkos and I can do at home.
I like signing docs with HelloSign
What do you like best about the product?
The gmail integration is really helpful, I like the "save my default signature" feature, I can share with my business partners our contracts in a secure way. It is a great service and there is not too much alternatives outside. THIS IS FOR THE HELLOSIGN TEAM: The API is so awesome, even for Ruby devs there is a gem you can use, very good guys you are doing it great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Truth is I like all of this app, there is nothing to complain for the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help me singing my contracts with my partners, and also singing confidential docs.

it is so simple to use that you do not need to learn anything at all to start using this app.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use! Definitely user friendly and helpful in signing contracts as well as filling out PDF files. I own a small business, so from creating contracts, to filling them out on the go, HelloSign has definitely helped me improve the way I complete my tasks!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is one feature or bug that I really dislike. You cannot edit the size of the font as small as you want. Many times, the PDF file I upload is small, so the font looks massive. Sending that to a client would make me look like a joke. So because of this, I don't always use HelloSign. Hopefully they can fix this issue!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to sign and fill out PDF documents on the go.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Upload high quality PDF files. The font size won't be as "editable" as you think, so upload high quality and high res pdf files!

Very, very clean and easy-to-use UI. Prospects find it extremely user-friendly and enhance the experience of coming on board with our team.

Wish there were more editing and customization features from a design/styling perspective.
