It has been incredibly useful to me throughout the years
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for YEARS. It has been very useful and functional for so many reasons. It allows me to save important documents, photos, and transfer items from computer to phone, or vice versa. I have loved using it all these years.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Dropbox is sometimes I try to upload a PDF file from my phone onto Dropbox and it does not transfer the file. It says it fails to load. This happens often with large PDF files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is solving a place to store digital items without it taking up more space on your phone or computer. It is safe, practical, and useful.
Dropbox keeps me organized without fear or losing projects.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Ability to create folders and organize and move files easily. I use it frequently as a secondary back up. Lots of features which are easy to naivgate and once you implement and intergrage the program you are good to go without confusion. Customer support is responsive in a timely manner

nothing right now I can think off they fixed stuff

Centralizing and backup

What do you like best about the product?
Easy sharing with team members, controlling which files are shared, storage capacity for the price, access available from anywhere and also connected to my personal computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything about it so far, I haven't explored much, but it would be nice to have quick links/short videos of tips and suggestions on integrating for business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File sharing between team members makes our work easier to complete and keeps working together on a project simple.

What do you like best about the product?
Having local folders on different computers and devices that automatically sync as and when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. Perhaps when accessing files through the web and mobile networks, a more generous cache of latest accessed files can be helpful, e.g. while traveling.

I am an academic, so it helps with collaborations.

What do you like best about the product?
That it is easy to use and share documents even for people whi don't have an account.

That it should be easier to manage and have better tools to organize your files better

That other people who did not have a Dropbox account was kind of difficult to share documents, but with share a link so they can download the files has been very benificial.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox backs up and saves all my data and nothing ever disappears or gets deleted. Which is great couldn't ask for a better application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's a little expensive but that's about it.

Highly recommend for small business
What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to store large amounts of files is the best feature. We no longer have to inundate our phones with pictures we take for our reselling business. It also gives us peace of mind knowing our files are backed up, should anything happen to our other devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The website/app could be more user friendly.

Freeing up space on other devices while also securing our important files
Easy Platform to use with minimal training
What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy platform to use with minimal taining or instructions. My clients are able to upload files to me with ease rather than sending tons of eamils with attachments, which and be tedious and time consuming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occoasionally it will auto open the wrong account and before I can stop it, the download happens. It also marries files sometimes and that is annoying. However, it is not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously client documents were sent via multiple emails, now I can send them a ling to load all to one file for easy upload.

What I like best is the ability to transfer musical files.
