it just works
What do you like best about the product?
It has always been fast with LAN sync and selective sync and really just works. I use it every day across all of my computers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web UI could use some work around photos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's my cloud personal storage that I don't need to worry about.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can access my files on the go. I also love how I can collaborate with other people and share important documents. I also love the fact that I can sync all my files.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I see is if the files are offline and having issues with accessing them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to sync my files on the go especially my work files.
Great storage space, even for free users!

I use it to store important business documents, especially ones I use on a weekly basis such as SS cards, birth certificates, Vaccination cards etc.

The app is a little slow sometimes. But other than that, it is fine!

What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox to share images with all of my portrait clients - it's so easy on both ends, sharing and receiving! It has become an essential part of my business that I use every day. Also love the capability to save folders as online only or available quickly from my desktop. Customer service from Dropbox has been great too!
What do you dislike about the product?
When I do need to save folders to use offline sometimes it can take a while to load, but that is probably because my folders are so large.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a portrait photographer, I needed an easy way to share folders of images with my clients, and Dropbox has proved the perfect solution.

I love that I can host files natively on my computer but choose to store them on the cloud to save space!

The interface can be confusing for those who I share dropbox links with who don't have dropbox. I often get asked if they need to download the app.

Honestly, can't think of one. It serves the purpose I need, so there is nothing for me to dislike.

Dropbox biggest plus points are below:
1. Fast syncs - files sync fast no matter the device
2. Ease-of-use- the interface is easy to use
3. Frequent updates - the team keeps updating the product. I love the new left hand side ex[plorer siderbar and corresponding update on mobile devices
4. Robust integrations - Dropbox integrates with all other major services i use, i.e. whatsapp, email, microsoft suite, etc.

Dropbox should allow users to download their entire set of files onto a hard drive for backup, with a low cost for it.

I find Dropbox highly reliable and convenient for keeping important information after going through multiple phones over an decade.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far we I need certain information I stored on Dropbox it's always there.

All information added to Dropbox over the years is always convenient on my phone.
