Easy for usage
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to move around files and access anywhere you are. It's like having a portable USB with you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is that offline files does take a lot of space on your harddrive if you need your files immediately and if your internet is down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to access files everywhere

The fact that we can all collectively collaborate. It is user friendly and easy for everyone to navigate

It's great for long-term use - I've been using it for years and it's so seamless that it's part of my life now.

Sometimes it is clunky when I use the Dropbox app on my desktop.

Makes it easy for remote collaborations.
it is flexible, easily links to phone and is EASY to use.

i like how my phone/desktop link is so smooth and quick!

the new 'look' is confusing because there is too much going on at once. i prefer the old 'look' because all the options were there, but they weren't blasting in my face.

What do you like best about the product?
I work from both home and a physical office location, so the ability to have all my documents in one place and accessible anywhere is incredibly helpful and convenient. Unlike other cloud services, I pick and choose what gets saved and where it gets saved. Having used a service before where everyhing I saved on my computer got uploaded, I quickly used up a lot space that was unnecessary. I use Dropbox multiple times a week, either to reference back to something or to add for future use.
Also, for my personal documents, I love being able to upload it and then get rid of the physical copy. I also like being able to share specific documents or whole folders with someone if needed.
Lastly, I love that I can search Dropbox for a document in case I can't remember where I saved it!

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike about Dropbox. I have never had to use their customer service because it's so easy to use!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because I work from multiple locations, with Dropbox I have access to all the documents I need, when I need them. It also helps me get rid of paper clutter since it's saved in Dropbox.

The ease of uploading and turning on share links. I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have no complaints. One suggestion might be that the interface on other platforms is a little more intuitive. But once you get used to it, you're good.

Being able to collaborate with team members, never running out of space.

The feature I like most about Dropbox is that you can share an upload link with anyone - and the upload process is so easy! This makes collaboration on projects and events seamless in order to collect photos, media, and documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is so much that Dropbox can do. I think the physical layout is simple, but could be even simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the problem of having to share a specific folder or document link with someone to collaborate. It truly is just a place to drop something in the box! This makes collaboration much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Dropbox for years, because it just works. Files sync across all my devices. I never have to worry about which laptop I pick up, they are always there. I ran my company entirely on Dropbox...saved all the hassle of running our own server and IT support. If someone lost their laptop, we wiped it remotely to prevent our information leaking. Excellent product.

It costs money? Can't think of much else!

Dropbox is one of the most easy to navigate and free system available to collabrate with team and sharing files.

With lots of Pro, we have and cons as well one of them is storage capacity.
