Dropbox is super neat. It’s interface is super minimal and functional.
What do you like best about the product?
The clutter less interface, that supports all types of files.
What do you dislike about the product?
If it could have a sharing feature, that would enable us to make a folder and share it with a link or something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use dropbox as a part of delivering photos to my clients.

Dropbox is such a user friendly system! It is easy to navigate and figure out. Their system is secure and makes sure all your files are in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many negative aspects about Dropbox!

Number of users are limited. A lot of people are not using dropbox which causes some challenges.

I would like it to be cheaper. Even though I have the plan to pay the entire year to save some money, it is still expensive to me.

My files are safe and I do not have to rely on a physical computer to have access to all of my files.
Dropbox - The box which serves all purpose
What do you like best about the product?
It allows to share large files which is great feature. We can create a link that can be shared to customers for receiving files. Easiest and secured platform for data transmission.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislike for this for now as it's always helpful while transferring big files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data transmission of large files. Helful if not having any platform for secure data transmission. Any extension files are permitted for transmission including QB Desktop.
Happy with Dropbox for over a decade

Autosync and portability. The fact that we can access our files on mobile devices and make changes in real-time.

Nothing, really, since we've been using it for over a decade.

We can have access to files online and on mobile devices, making updates in real-time.
An amzaing file sharing tool
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly interface for file and folder uploading and sharing information. A centralized point for easy collaboration and information sharing.

The process for cancellation of a shred file needs to be made easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Large number of file storage and sharing is the biggest challenge in any department of any office. Dropdbox has brough an easy to use platform where everyone can place files and collaborate with team members.
Incredible site for sending links to footage and photos very quickly and seamlessly.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the quick link sharing feature through gmail and other email services. I send dropbox links for photos and videos all the time after finishing a wedding or other gigs for clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the overall layout of the folders and organization can be improved. It's not always the easiest for clients to navigate shared links and I've had to walk a couple of them through the pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to share larger GB files quickly and easily with my clients and other editors. The only downside is larger folders are unable to be fully accessed unless the receiving recipient has a premium dropbox account set up.

Availability in different platforms and syncs well with online OS and phone OS

Work laptops usually block it so I cannot access it there.
