Long Time User 12+ Years
What do you like best about the product?
As a photographer, Dropbox the the primary way I archive and deliver projects to my clients. I have been delivering large amounts of photos using Dropbox for 12+ years. For personal use, my family and I have used Dropbox to store/backup personal photos, files and videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile UI can use some improvement. Over the years as features have been added, it can be difficult to navigate my files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Electronic delivery of media to clients, archiving of both professional and personal media and files. Dropbox has always been a benefit to remotely deliver files quickly and on a large scale.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is very useful for a cloud storage system, they have reasonable prices for paid options but the free one works fine for me and it works amazing. I love using it to send files to friends, uploading files to server, and just keeping photos on my computer that I can upload from anywhere. I use it very often and love how easy it is to integrate into company uses. I also have had a problem with my files not uploading but the customer support lady did a simple quick job fixing it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Havent experienced a single dislike of this software, its great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of transfering my files from phone to computer, friend to friend, coworker to coworker. Saves tons of time by not using a usb

You can buy a laptop with a small hard drive if you have Dropbox

Dropbox meets my small business needs
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox was the first online document storage site I used and I expanded that to videos for my small business. I teach adults who need a central place to access documents and review videos related to the course taken. Dropbox easily shows me (1) who has opened a file and when, (2) who has access to a file or folder, and (3) a choice between VIEW or EDIT. My folders open with one click! I favor that. Dropbox makes it easy to move files from one folder to another, and uploading has always been easy and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently the only negative is limits to certain customer usage, so I had to choose a second doc storage site to duplicate everything. That's not a Dropbox problem as far as I can tell. Many teachers use my service, and schools sometimes block Dropbox use with official teacher emails. Some customers mistakenly think they must download everything into their own Dropbox accounts; I assure them they can work directly from mine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox provides a regular and easy-to-view listing of customer names opening individual files or folders. As a teacher of teachers, this helps me quickly ascertain who is benefiting from the documents & videos I provide relating to a course. Another doc storage site does NOT do this and it frustrates me. FYI - G2 designer, please use good grammar - the question for the answer box should be "What problems are being solved by Dropbox..." :-D
Nice to use for my bookkeeper
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to have receipts uploaded right from my phone so she can invoice timely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I have found at this time. I will update my review when I find something.
