What do you like best about the product?
I have been with them for years now. I am able to add clients and get them to share files in literally minutes. For my business, this is a cost-effective way to share files, keep my clients happy, and keep my business files organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be clunky! Some of the share links I have set up recently did not work, requiring a new setup. But overall, I just don't have time to look elsewhere. I have used DB for so long and it works for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer Share Folders is number one for me. Without them, I would be dead.
I would love it if somehow it was easier where clients did not have sign up for an account, but I believe that would require me upgrading accounts, which I do not need at this point.

An absolute life necessity!

The upgrade is a little pricy. I have been struggling to increase my space.

Storage issues benefit me because there are limited place to securely hold your documents. Also helps to access my files anywhere I go without carrying physical storage devices like USB sticks.
Dropbox has added value to my business
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Dropbox for over 10 years, both personally and professionally. Before there was a "cloud," I stored all my personal files there which is easier than doing a backup, plus I can access them from anywhere. Later I went paperless which was also easy to implement with Dropbox. I'm a singing teacher by profession and use it to give students access to a recording of their lesson. It's easy for them to use it and integrate into their practice routine. I've never needed customer support because it's easy to use from a phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop.
What do you dislike about the product?

Great Storage App
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using DropBox since its first launch and have loved it. I believe I started using it just a few months ago. I used it with my students to share information and add their homework to a shared folder. I also like that it is more private and has a higher level of security than Google. My IT friends use it as a safer and more secure way to share sensitive information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the newer apps are okay; I just haven't had time to explore them. I also lost some photos in the Dropbox photo file, which is public. The samething happened in iCloud. For all of my photos I tend to store them in Google Photos, but I do still store a few in DropBox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can share content with others easily and efficiently without worrying about security.
