Reliable online backup
What do you like best about the product?
I've been able to access it when without my computer, and it is also easy to use. It has been a reliable method for me to save items.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just wish the free account had more space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use DropBox to share documents, as well as to backup items that I want to be able to access from anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
Multiplatform and easy to send and share files anytime. It is a good way to have your files everywhere.

Im a beginner at photograpy and I like the fact that I can access all my photos where ever I am at no matter if im on my laptop or on my desktop.

There is not much of a complaint with the product. It does what it needs to do and I am looking into upgrading my plan with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well is solves the problem of having to carry so much extra hardware that is no longer needed. I can store and organize all my photos and I dont have to carry around separate drives.
Absolutely Essential
What do you like best about the product?
I am a full-on Dropbox Evangelist to all of my collaborators and colleagues. I use it for just about everything I do, I keep my working files in Dropbox for all of my current projects so that if something goes catastrophic and my laptop fries, my house burns down, etc... I will still have all of my important files and current active projects backed up. I love that I can share files instantly, for music/video / design collaborations I can export a file and immediately share it for critique and feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of a good answer, I love it. I did have an odd issue the other day, I went to free up some space and offload some files and folders to "online only", the little helper window for selecting big files to offload had an "offline all" button, and that moved my entire dropbox worth of content to online-only, it took a lot of work to re-sync the complex arrangement of folders that I needed to continue working. I don't think there should be a button for that, however it was labeled seemed misleading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Continual backup of important files, immediate sharing, and synchronized project folders that collaborators can work on.
Still the Service that works BEST for me
What do you like best about the product?
I can use it seamlessly on multiple devices, I have TONS of storage, and it's incredibly user friendly. I find it much easier to access and find older files in my Dropbox account than with any other file share / storage apps. I've been using Dropbox for well over a decade, and have never even considered dropping it. And this is from someone who accesses it several times per week, if not daily (*depending on which projects I have on the go at any given time).
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess the only real drawback is the cost. Living in an online society where we expect everything to be 'free', it would be "ideal" to find a service that offered this much storage and flexibility for a lower/no cost, but I don't think that's really a feasible business model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves my issues of having to share multiple files with multiple people (for approvals etc) without losing control of the master folders, and allowing me to decide who gets to see/share what. Invaluable for me.
Excellent file hosting service
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can easily upload files on my computer or phone and be able to store or transfer the files to other devices. I enjoy that they offer a reasonable 2 GB of free storage space.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you are unable to see the folder size to see what you can keep or remove.

Dropbox allows people to easily store and transfer files from one device to another without any inconvenience.

I run a successful real estate team and office. Dropbox allows us to keep all our files organized for our team memebers and agents.

It took us a while to figure iut how best to use it. Once we did, i went back to organize it and get it right. I would have watch some tutorials to learn how to organize it.

It helps me keep everything in one place for the team to access and i can access files from my computer and cell phone.
