I like that you can create your own folders just like you would on a desktop or laptop.

There are not any downsides to using Dropbox that I have noticed thus far

Dropbox serves me as a medium for my business: it is extremely helpful to use it to store my business photos and documents, and be able to access it anytime anywhere

Have not found any in 4 years. Everything performs as advertised.

I can't think of any downsides. It is always reliable.

Helpful but has some flaws for academics

Easy access; the ability to have both shared accounts and personal accounts is really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
When storing academic work with references generated by Mendeley, it does not store the referencing properly

I am a researcher and use Dropbox to share and access documents with my research team. I also use it to safely store my individual research documents
My Go-To Platform for Sharing Files
What do you like best about the product?
I work in photography and film, I love that I can upload in the highest resolution and share with clients easily. I use it several times a week and clients opening links haven't had any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into any dislikes yet. It's been smooth sailing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the issue of not having to keep large files on my phone and devices. It's also a safe place to keep my work and memories for years to come.
