Been using Dropbox for a little over 15 years
What do you like best about the product?
I like Dropbox for its ease of access and I felt safe about leaving my important files with Dropbox. It's also super portable so I can access my important files from anywhere on any device.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only issue with Dropbox was the relatively pricey plan. I have been a free user with approximately 20Gb maximum storage. I would pay for more storage but it's still too pricey for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving portability issues I used to have with my important files, either for work / business or personal use. Once I put my file into Dropbox I can be assured I' won't lost it and I can access it wherever I have internet connection.

Easy to transfer photos from one device to the next.

Doesn't hold many photos without having to pay for the application.

One of the first services for cloud syncing. Fast syncing of the files. There is a free version to try out the features.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I search for a file sometimes it is hard to go to the parent folder of that file on the mobile iOS app.

Instead of uploading files manually, i can automatically save them to dropbox.

Insufficient memory. Although I understand this is an app that wants to gain revenue. There is also a side that some people who can't always afford to get the plan.

That easiness of getting my documents wether downloading from a table to a phone or on a laptop it takes the hassle of not needing to connect everything with a cable everytime your in a hurry.

I like that you can use it on many different systems. At the office, at home, or on the road. I put my files on it for all my companies.

It does need to be cleaned out and some files removed.
